Samuel and Yesenia's Family Life

Chapter 2: The Proposal

*Before Samuel got ready for the proposal, he grabbed his phone and called Yesenia. He wanted to make sure Yesenia wasn't doing anything today. Meanwhile with Yesenia, she was sitting on the couch and watching Freddy VS Jason. But then, her phone rang, so Yesenia paused the movie and took the call from Samuel.*

Yesenia: Hello?

Samuel: Hey, Babe.

Yesenia: Oh, hey, Sam. What's up?

Samuel: Babe, if you're not doing anything today, do you want to go to the St Michael's Fair at 5:00 pm?

Yesenia: Sure. Do you think you can pick me up at 4:30 pm?

Samuel: Of course i can. I'll see you later.

Yesenia: See ya. *Yesenia ends the call with Samuel. 2 1/2 hours later, Samuel put on a black leather jacket, some nice tight jeans, and really shiny fancy shoes. He looked in the mirror and was amazed at his look. He grabbed the ring box and headed out to pick up Yesenia. Samuel got into his Dodge Challenger and drove to Yesenia's house. When he got there, he went up and knocked on the door. When Yesenia opened the door, Samuel's mouth dropped. Yesenia was wearing a beautiful black dress and she was wearing red stilettos. Yesenia snapped Samuel out of his trance.*

Yesenia: You okay, Sam?

Samuel: Oh. Yeah, i'm fine. Ready to go?

Yesenia: Yep. Let's go. *Samuel and Yesenia got into the car and drove to the St Michael's Fair. When they got there, they bought the wristbands needed to ride the rides and Samuel asked Yesenia what she wanted to ride first.

Samuel: So, what ride do you want to go on first, Babe?

Yesenia: Let's do the bumper cars.

Samuel: Alright. *They made it to the bumper cars and when they got there, Talon and Emilie were there. So when they got in the bumper cars, they said hello to Talon and Emilie.*

Yesenia: Hey, guys.

Talon: Hey, Yesenia. Hey, Samuel. What's up?

Samuel: We're just having some fun.

Talon: Well, then let's bump. *The 4 hedgehogs started to bump each other with the bumper cars and the one that got bumped the most was Talon. 5 minutes later, the bumper cars stopped and Talon and Emilie waved good-bye to Samuel and Yesenia.*

Emilie: See ya, you two.

Yesenia: See ya.

Samuel: Well, Babe, let's go ride some more rides.

Yesenia: Yeah. Let's go. *6 rides later, Samuel saved the best ride til last. It was the Ferris Wheel. The sun was starting to set, so Samuel grabbed Yesenia's hand and they ran to the Ferris Wheel. When they go there, they got on and Samuel asked Yesenia about the view.*

Samuel: You like the view?

Yesenia: Yeah. It's so beautiful up here. *Samuel was ready to do the proposal, so he got the ring box and Yesenia noticed it and she was surprised.*

Yesenia: Sam, what is that?

Samuel: Babe, i always wanted to do this since the day i met you. So, here goes. Yesenia Deleon, will you marry me? *Yesenia started to blush hard, and she accepted the ring.*

Yesenia: Yes, Sam! I will marry you! *Samuel cheered for himself and was ready for the upcoming wedding.*

Samuel: So, Babe, when should we do our wedding?

Yesenia: Let's do it tomorrow evening.
