"Taurus y are we rushing ?" I asked while getting in da car
"Ion really know wat goin on but some niggas want static back at the crib" he said closing the door
"R you in a gang ?" I asked worried as hell
"Don't worry bout dat" he said speedin
"Y don't you just take me home?" I asked
"I just told you this is some crazy shit rn" he said
A few minutes later we got to his crib. Mad police cars we around his house. I looked at Taurus and he got out the car and ran to see what happened.
"What da fuck?" I said to my self
I got out the car and walked toward his house when I saw two ambulances. I looked for Taurus and I couldn't find him.
"Ms you have to go home this ain't a safe place for you" a police offer said to me leading me back to the car
" no wait my boyfriend lives here" I said looking around and I saw blood on the ground.
"Can you tell me what's going on?" I said
"There's seems to be a lot of gang activity here and one of the residents here has been brutally beaten and stabbed" he said making my heart drop,
Jay, was the only thought that came to my head or one of Taurus other friends. Aracely. What would I tell her. Fuck I can't believe this. I felt bad and sorry we didn't get here in time to help. I walked back to the car and couldn't imagine it being one of my friends. I closed my eyes and put my hands over my face and someone banged on the window and flung the door open.
"THATS HIM GET HIM!" The police offer yelled
I couldn't see him but I saw a mask and he was grabbing my legs out the car and I tried to fight back. But a bitch couldn't like this nigga was mad big compared to me. Taurus. Taurus came up behind him and slammed him down.
" I want her" the crazy nigga said to Taurus
"What chu said nigga" Taurus said punching him makin him fall back to the ground. Taurus fucked him up bad and stomped on his face.
"Babe!!" I screamed not even knowing what the hell to do
"Babe lets get out of here!" I yelled tryna take him off of the guy
But Is this who I really want to be with ?. They kept getting it until the cops came up on us n arrested both of them. The had the gun pointed to both of em.
"Wait he didn't do nothing!" I yelled at the officer
"Babe just call my momma" he said looking at me before they put him in the car. Fuck. I don't have her number. I got back to the car and saw his phone lying there and turned it on.
"Ms you're going to have to come with me" the officer said grabbing my wrist
"Don't touch me" I said annoyed
"Ms you're going to have to go to the station and file a report" he said taking me to the same car as Taurus
"What da hell?" Taurus said
"I have to "file a report" or that's what this nigga said" I said back lookin deeply to his eyes. He had lil cuts around his lip but he licked the blood off of em. I looked out the window until we drove away. I heard Taurus sniffing. I turned around and saw him crying or at least tryna hold it in. I touched his arm.
"Baby what happened?" I asked laying on him
"My nigga Jay" he said but couldn't finish
"Talk to me baby" I know what he was saying wasn't easy to talk about
"These niggas violated him alone" he said back slammin his head on the mini bars in the car.
"Act right or we will have to taser you" the police offer said
"Ofc ya will taser and black nigga , smd" he said making me go in shock
"Taurus relax!" I said touching his back
"I care for you Kayla. Ion think you could be with a nigga like me. Ion want what happened today happen to you eva again" he said lookin down
"What happened to Jay?" I asked
"They stabbed him" he said while tears ran down his face
"He's still alive right?" I asked
"Yea.. but he's struggling rn" he said back
"Do you know who did it?" I asked while fixing his hair
"Some nigga named von" he said back
"I heard his name before from..." and he kept going until the car stopped
"Let's go" the officer said taking him out first and I followed them
"You stay here" he said leaving me in a room with papers to sign
"Ima be right back baby don't .." Taurus couldn't finish cs this stupid nigga closed the door which broke my heart
I signed the papers which explained the what happened. A police offer came back and recorded what I was saying while asking questions. A few hours later I was released and asked the girl in the front where was taurus.
"His name is Taurus we've got here earlier together" I said
"Taurus Bartlett?" She asked . Fuck I ain't even know his last name.
"Um yea" I said
"He's in bookings right now for assault" she said
"He didn't do nothing what the fuck" I said
"I'm sorry mam, are you sure that's what it says" I said
"Oh wait never mind" she said while lookin in da computer
"The other person who he came with was charged with assault and attempted murder and gang affiliation" she said
"But Taurus is under arrest for gang affiliation too" she said
"If I was You I wouldn't date or surround my self with horrible people like that" she said with a attitude
"You don't know him ... Bitch" I said while walking away
I called Steph and she came with all of the girls. I told them what happened on the way home
"Aracely is with ha nigga right now in the hospital " Steph said while driving
" oh shit ok" I said back
"So you got you're self a cute lil hood nigga?" Catherine said while laughin
"Somethin like that but this ain't something u want ina relationship like now I ain't gonna see him until... ion even know" I said wanting to cry. I ain't know why I wanted to cry. I was sad I ain't get to spend the night with him. Or help his friend. I miss you taurus I kept saying in my head.
