As the practice neared its end Mikasa could see the other team start to come. She couldnt help but notice that they seemed to have some masculine guys on their team and scrawny girls.
"This is going to be a fight," she laughed to herself as she put her mouthguard and goggles on. She grabbed her stick and ran to the left offense as the coach yelled her name.
"Mikasa. You know what to do!" he yelled. She nodded and took her spot looking at the defenders trying to analyze their emotions.
"Left wing coming in to get the ball, center hatching back" she yelled at her team. She could hear her coaches sigh of approval. As she made her way over someone had knocked her down making her miss the ball and a red card to be flashed. The, what seemed to be, guy grunted and stood up helping mikasa before crouching and crossing their stick for the ball.
He paused for a breif moment staring at her magnificant. Diffrent eyes.'one green. One blue' he thought amazed.
Regaining his senses he let go of her hand and stood infront of her their stickes crossed on the ground. "Ready" they shoute in unison.
Mikasa stared him in the eye 'dont do anything you will regret later' she thought to herself. The whistle blew and she stepped left slicing the ball off the ground and throwing it to the nearest person.
She made her way to the nearest open spot near the goal as the ball came soaring. The same guy that had fell also saw the ball open and mikasa running to it. 'ive got it!' He thought and took the opportunity and swung. Hitting her square in the back of the head. She fell to the ground, Knocked out, as the boy took his mask off and yelled for the coach. He threw his stick down then proceeded to take mikasas mask off as he kneeled while the coach sprinted over.
"Call 9-1-1 now!" he shouted towards the crowd as several people were gasping and screaming at the sight several got there phones out and called.
Mikasas coach ran over picking her up and taking her to a table laying her flat on it. Face up.
Abook's coach also ran over geipping abooks arm and dragging his to an open space.
"Your off the team." he said angrily. Dropping his arm.
"What! Why?!" He protested agint the coach."i didnt do anything wrong."
"YOU COST THEM THEIR BEST PLAYER." he shoured angrily before walking off. Abook saw the ambulance starting to take her away.
"Hey. Sir. Can i ride with her please?" He caught up with the nurses.
"Sure." the man said.
Abook sighed in relief as he threw his gear off. "You cant kick me off." he told the coach.
"And why is that?" Coach shot back at him.
"Because. I. Quit." He said getting in the back of the ambulance as coach watched him deviously.
