After coffee with Mike, Em decided to head home to get some rest. As she was driving home, her (not so good) boyfriend called her. She sighed and picked up the phone.
"What Steven? I'm busy." she said in an annoyed tone. "Don't talk to me like that Em! what were you doing with that Mike loser?" he asked. "Were you SPYING on me?!" she queried, shocked. "No ah......just stay away from him! you know who youre dating!!" he yelled then hung up. Em groaned. He is an awful boyfriend. The only reason she never broke up with him was the fact that sh knew what he could do to her, and he had no problem with doing it.
*11:45, fifteen minutes before their first shift*
"Hey guys! You ready for night one?" the manager asked. "only if this klutz is ready" em joked. They walked into their small office. "wow. cozy." Mike said and em laughed. "It is quite small, but you'll be ok. there will be a message when your first shift starts, 12am. It will tell you all you need to know. Have a good night!" he said as he left MIke and Em alone. "here we go" Em said.
