Chapter 1

Hi. I am (y/n) Jones, I am sixteen and both of my parents are dead, and I have no siblings. My quirk is light. I am going to go to U.A I just have to take the entrance exams, but that isn't that hard because my friend's brother took it and he got in, so he told us about it, and how it went. Oh, that friend is Tenya, Iida.

-the day of the exams-

I woke up to my alarm going off. so I got up and shut it off, took a shower, got dressed, had breakfast. Then I left for the exams. I was wearing grey sweats and my purple combat boots, with a dark grey short sleeve. I lived about twenty minutes from school so I just take my motorcycle. When I got there I put the motorcycle in a parking space and left to go to the meeting place before the exams. While I was walking I saw a couple of people talking, probably cause they knew them from middle school. I just kept walking not making eye-contact cause I don't do good with attention. Which is one of the two reasons why I don't really have friends, but it isn't like I don't mind them, I just think that maybe it would make me weak to be caring about people and things like that, which is why I didn't make friends in middle school. I got to the meeting place for the exams to start and I ended up finding Iida, so I sat down next to him. We talked for a bit then a pro came onto the stage and started to talk about how the exams would work. By the end, everyone left to go to the destinations that they were given.

-after the exams-

I think I did pretty good, I mean I saved a girl from the zero-pointer cause her leg was caught under a piece of the fallen building. After that, we were able to go home. As I was walking home I stopped by a store to get some food to eat, for dinner and breakfast for tomorrow.

-weeks after the exam-

It has been a few weeks since I took the exams, I was just waiting on the letter that would be saying if I got in or not. I hope I get in, I always wanted to be a hero, I don't know why, but there is just something about saving people that gives you this feeling that you did something with success. A few minutes later I heard a knock on my door so I went over and opened it and I was handed a letter from U.A so I opened it and it said I got in, and that my uniform and things will be here next week. I was so happy, it said I had to have my hero outfit in by this Friday, so I have about two days to come up with a costume. I decided that it would just be a bodysuit with a skirt that overlays on top of it. The bodysuit would be purple at the mid-waist down and the mid-waist up will be blue. The skirt that goes over it will be light pink, purple. And for shoes just normal white combat boots with the protection of any element, fire, water, explosions, ice, etc.

-first day-

The first day of school came faster than intended, but it was okay cause I was excited to go to U.A a school where you can become great heroes. I got my uniform on and grabbed my bag, and put my purple combat boots, from the exams. I got on my motorcycle and head off to school, on my way I passed some kids who seemed to have the same uniform as I did. I didn't stop though, cause I didn't want to be late on the first day, my class was 1-A I was texting Iida cause he got in as well, and he was in the same class as I was. So I was pretty happy that I was going to be in class with my one and only best friend, I pulled up to the school and parked my motorcycle, and went inside and started to look for 1-A. It wasn't that hard to find because it had a really big door, probably for All Might or something like that. I opened the door and was met with a friendly face that I recognized, it was Iida. I gave him a hug and he hugged me back, and we went to go find some seats, he sat in the front cause he doesn't like to be too far away so he couldn't hear the lesson. I, on the other hand, sat in like the middle of the room, to put in simply. I put my headphones in and started to listen to some music.

-when the whole class is here-

As the teacher walked into the class, he told us to put gym clothes on and to head outside, for a quirk assessment test. I went to the girls' locker room and went into a stall ad changed, cause I don't really like to change in front of people. When I was done I walked out and stood outside and waited for the test thing to start. It started with the 5-meter dash, I was paired up with a boy with green hair. Reminds me of broccoli, I laughed slightly to myself at the thought. When our teacher said to start, I sprinted to the end without a problem, I finished in 1.2 seconds. I used to do track when I was in grade school, so I could run really fast maybe not as fast as Iida but I could run pretty damn fucking fast. The boy with green hair finished at 1.05 minutes, I mean, he could run more to get faster but that is just my thought. I saw him walk up to, oh no, I don't like this, I want to go home now. He was right in front of me.

"Uh, hey good job with the running."

I just nodded and turned and left, I wasn't really in the mood to talk with anyone. After a couple more test we only had one more left, the ball throw. I am sure that I will do pretty well, cause I can use the sun to make it go really far, as long as it still has some light to go off of. I wasn't really paying attention I was too focused on what I was going to do, that I didn't hear the teacher calling for me, I popped back into reality when I got a tap on my shoulder and I jumped a bit forward. I walked over to the circle and I put a lot of the sun's energy into the ball and then let it go. The monitor that the teacher didn't show a number because it was infinite because the sun helped it go really far.
