Tapping my finger on the dashboard impatiently as all I could simply think about was the bathroom.
Must've been the nervousness kicking in.
That and also the fact we were in a new state
miles away from home. While Cole 'wet dreams' was reminiscing through my ears. I began predicting things were gonna be better here even if they weren't.
I disliked the fact she choose for us, since we practically had no say so,
to move down to Georgia leaving precious Mississippi behind. I'd rather be here for it if it was LosAngeles or Vegas, but Georgia ?
My mother was trying to tell me something but I've decided to be a smart ass and act as if I couldn't hear her rather than did. That until my operation failed.
"Boy I know you hear me !?" She says taking my earphone out
"Huh ?" I responded
"If you can huh you can hear. Now what I said was get ready cause we're....officially home !!" She said filled with so much excitement
It appeared we had arrived at our new house. It looked as well explained as mom told me and Dee. I could see why her ass couldn't wait.
Pov of house
The U- Haul people were already setting up our stuff inside of the house which was a blessing cause my lazy ass damn sure wasn't gonna feel like carrying 8-13 boxes of language, no ma'am.I stepped out sliding my Dr Dre's down around my neck as I monitored the neighborhood. It didn't seem to rowdy. A couple of joggers here & there but this neighborhood was peaceful.
