It's been a few months since me and that bitch talked, and I still don't know if the dating thing is serious or not. I stare into the window and start to let my mind wander about all the possiblities of what could happen if reputation stafts to fall. "Ms. Kim? Excuse me, Ms. Kim? What's the Quadratic formula again?" I stand up and answer, "negative b plus or minus the square root of b raised to 2 minus 4ac over 2a." I apologoze after, and take my seat. My mind is still bothering me. So many questions ramble through my head as I start to worry about those pictures. Could she be selling them online to some weird porn site? Maybe. Could she use those pictures to rat me out? Maybe. We can never really tell. The bell rang and I immediately head over to Jisoo's classroom where I know she would be at. As I arrive at her room's door, I see her sitting at her desk, tons of guys swarmimg around her. I stare at her hoping for her to see me. One of the guys talking to her points at me. She glares at me in all seriousness, and I gesture her to come out. "What do you want?" "My pictures. You can't be serious about the whole dating thig right? It's been a months since we talked about this." I start to tap my foot on the floor feeling uneasy. "Oh please, you'll get it when you deserve it." She snickers. "Oh look, Taehyung is right there with his friends. Now, why dont you go ask him out?" She shoos me away as I am forced to approach the guy in glasses. I look back at Jisoo standing infront of their classroom's doorway, and she mouths, "Go on." I slowly make my way to his group of friends and they all look shocked to see me approach guys like them, guys who were unnactractive nobodies who probably have no social life. They step back a bit, and I grasp my books with all confidence. I think, "fuck, you can't mess this up Jen, this is your only shot at redeeming yourself. Or else, you'll end up being a soggy asian gurl who works at a starbucks for a living." Silence. I at least waited for one of them to say something. We all stare at each other. "Come on, just give me something to work with and we can start from there." I refuse to swallow my pride and just, state at them blankly. "Why were you here?" Taehyug said, a plain expression plastered on his face, as if he didn't care that the most popular girl at school was right in front of him. I purse my lips a little, and say, "I like you. Date tommorow evening at 7:00 sharp. Wear something nice, bring money, I'll text you my address." I tried my best to suck it up and just go with the flow. His face was full of shock as I left and went back to my room.

"What just happened?" "No fucking way?" "Did y'all see that?" "What?" "Did Jennie just ask Taehyung out?" Were all i heard for the next 3 minutes. I processed what happened. We were talking about the new movie we were supposed to see, and Jennie suddenly walks up to us. Did she really just ask me out? "Dude, I can't believe Jennie Kim made first move on you! You're so lucky!" Jimin said in shock. I didn't really care that much, since I didn't know her on a personal basis. Besides, it's just a night out, what could possibly go wrong? "Should I go? I'm feeling kinda lazy." "What the fuck did you just say? Tae, Jennie Kim asked you out. Do you know how much a guy would die to even talk to her? She's campus royalty basically!" Jimin started muttering in disbelief. "I mean, I would rather stay at home and do nothing rather than spend money on girl I barely know." "But you could have a girlfriend! This would be like, your big break! Come on, you've gotta go. If you dont, I'll glady replace you. She's so hot and I-" Jimin started to get annoyingly loud so I didn't bother to listen anymore. As the so called queen bee walked away, I can't help but feel a force pushing me to go be near her. "Maybe this is just a scam," I said to myself. How could a girl like her ask me out? It was too good to be true. The ringing of the campus belled filled my ears. I shrug it all off and head to class.
