I do not own anything

Couple: AUSLLY

Title: Mental

Rating: M

Plot: A girl from the Mental hospital, and a guy released from juvenile prison. Changing isn't an option, so when they meet they're a perfect match. Two rebellions who understand each other.

Ally was broken. Her family members one by one died around here; tragic accidents and fires. She always remained the only survivor of each one. Why wouldn't you feel guilty?

But this is what drove Ally into going Mental.

Every night and during the day 15-year old Ally would remain in her bed clutching her mothers locket in her hands - the chain wrapped protectively around her wrist as she screamed, cried and panicked for hours at a time, having to face that dark place in her mind that would attack her in her sleep.

Her eyes were red and puffy, purple starting to shade under the heavy bags.

It only got worse after her one remaining guardian drowned in the pool. Her grandmother. Ally didn't take this final death so well from there. Once child-services showed up her secret was exposed. The crazy diary entries, hidden pills in her pillow case, knife tucked away under her pillow and just the way she looked was enough to convince anybody she wasn't well.

The paleness of her skin that showed visible blue veins were noticeable from across the street and her skinniness explained the fridge filled with plates and bowls with sharpie-written notes on glad wrap, showing her grandmother had left these meals for her night after night.

This is how Ally Dawson ended up spending 3 years in a Mental hospital.

Austin Moon was a similar story. At 15 years old he was always off with his friends either blowing stuff up or making a mess at parties. The motorbike dirt races were played dirty, if you come out alive; you'll at least be in hospital for a while to heal. Austin didn't play by the rules, he made everything his way.

One party got out of hand; drinking, smoking, weed, smashed windows. His parents had come home early from their vacation early.

Mike and Mimi were losing their son, he never saw them during the day. It was the same routine; sleep until noon, get out of the house, have fun, get home by midnight. So they adopted a young boy; Shaun. This drove Austin to move out of the house and into a caravan park alone.

Suddenly he was getting more news from the police than ever before, spending nights in jail for underage drinking when he's found passed out on the street, speeding on his motorbike, sneaking into night clubs and bars with a fake ID, you name it; Austin Moon has been arrested for it all.

Nothing could stop this bad boy...

Except blowing up a shed on private owned properties. The Richards; rich couple in their 50's who owned a large chunk of land in Miami. Austin loathed them, so after too many drinks off he went with several bottles of gasoline spilled all over their boat house by the lake. That little cigarette he was smoking was all it took to blow the place up while Austin stood from a distance and watched the little shed burn in flames.

He spent 3 years in prison. Not once was he visited. His mates, family, nobody, he lost everyone.

"Moon, you're getting out" officer Kindle opened up Austin's jail cell. He was nowhere to be seen...

Kindle jumped as Austin flipped and landed from above him. Of course. "Hey Kindle" he smirked smugly. "Don't push it kid, it won't be long until you're back in here" the policeman glared at the rotten teenager.
