The New Home

It was a cold foggy Sunday. Fred and his mom ,Sienna, were sitting in the backseat of taxi. They were moving to a new town called "Downside". Sienna was reading her magazine as always and Fred was watching youtube videos. The taxi driver was well, driving the taxi. The taxi driver sighed and said to Sienna "Ma'am I will have to get some petrol."
"Oh, that's fine I needed to use the restroom anyways." Answered Sienna in a calm voice. Fred groaned "Mom my mobile data ran out"
"Well there's nothing I can do about that daring" said Sienna.
Fred was angry and opened his mouth to talk but then stopped and turned to the window. He saw many plants that he never saw before. When suddenly, he saw a figure. He slightly jumped and he turned back to his phone. He checked the time it was 12:00am. Then the taxi driver stopped the car in a petrol station. He got out and started to fill the tank while Sienna went to the restroom. Fred heard a thud and thought that the taxi driver accidentally hit something. That's when he heard it. A loud scream that made him jump again. He turned to look through the back window and saw his mom screaming and pointing towards the taxi. She ran inside and then Fred got out of the car to see what happened. That's when he saw the lifeless taxi driver lying down on the cold floor. Fred froze. Then he heard sirens and saw many police cars and ambulances. Then all he could remember is that he stood there until he was inside a police car with his mom next to him. When they finally reached the new cottage. They got out and thanked the officer. Sienna told Fred "Wha-whatever y-you saw forget a-a-about it.". Fred nodded and followed his mother inside the cottage
