Chapter 11 • Thesis Defense

● Jungkook's Point of View ●

Today is the judgment day for us 4th year college students. It will determine if we can move onto the next stage of our lives which is Graduation Day. I can confidently say that the 11 of us will definitely make it. We all invested our time and effort in this subject, and our hard work will definitely pay off.

I took my phone out of my pocket to text my Lalisa.

To: My Lalisa. 💜

Hey doll! I know that as of this moment you are nervous as hell, but I just want to let you know that you can ace every questions that your panelist will throw at you, because you've exerted all of your time and effort for this. You can do it, doll! I believe in you, and I am so proud of you. See you later :*

I will never get tired of reminding her that she is worthy enough to be chosen every single day. I will never get tired of telling her how much I value her as a person. I will never get tired of protecting her whenever she needs me. Lastly, I will never get tired of making her feel how much I love her because that's what she deserves.

" Goodluck to the seven of us! We can do this! Fighting!" Hoseok hyung shouted as he hugged us one by one.

" Let's be positive that the 11 of us will definitely bring home the bacon by passing our thesis defense. Our hard work will be worth it in the end, and that's for sure." Jimin hyung stated which the  six of us agreed on to.

After this thesis defense of ours both Lisa and I will be collaborating for a dance cover of Señorita, and honestly I can't wait for that.

● Lisa's Point of View ●

To be honest, I am kind of nervous even though I researched everything that I needed in my thesis. I also made sure that I can confidently answer their questions, but I guess this is normal, right? I just don't wanna mess this up.

Bzztt.. Bzztt..

I felt my phone vibrated inside my hand bag and I decided to check it right away, because I won't be able to check my phone once the defense starts.

From: Bunny. 🐰

Hey doll! Does Jungkook have any powers by any chance? How did he know that I'm nervous? But nonetheless, I am so blessed to have met him, because I can be myself whenever we are together. I don't have to be the prim and proper kind of girl. He allows me to be weird at times. I appreciate his whole existence.

Hello bunny! Thank you so much for constantly reminding me that I can do this, it means a lot to me. Once I finished my thesis defense I'll treat you some lunch. I also wish you good luck on your defense later this afternoon. I know you can do it, and I will always be here for you no matter what.  Update me as soon as you're done with your defense. See you later, bunny. ❤

After I sent my text message for him I scanned my thesis document files once again to make sure that everything is in its perfect place.

● Taehyung's Point of View ●

It took us quite a few hours for our individual defense and I must say that's the most nerve whacking experience that I encountered. I feel so exhausted, I just want to lay in my bed and sleep all day.

" I want to take a rest now. I feel so tired, hyungs. I also feel like my last three brain cells is about to give up because of our thesis defense." I stated with a tired and sleepy voice.

" Our sleepless nights will be worth it in the end, Taehyungie. Come to think of it we now have a free time since we just finished our thesis. We can have more bonding time with the girls." Jimin stated.

Wow! I didn't expect that Jimin is looking forward to that day where we can bond more with the girls, 'cause I was expecting to hear it from Jungkook who is totally whipped for Lisa.

To: Jennie 👑

Annyeong, Jennie! Our thesis is finally done, how about you guys? By the way, where are you? Can me and the boys come over?

Both Jennie and I are aware of each other's feelings, and we aren't rushing things.

● Jennie's Point of View ●

Our thesis defense is finally done, and we decided to wait for the results in the coffee shop that we are going to. The 4 of us are really tired as hell from all the sleepless nights, late night revisions and never ending cramming, but I know for a fact that everything will fall into place, that are hard work will pay off.

" Ugh! I miss my bed so much, once we got home. I'll bury myself into it." Chaeyoung whined.

" Me too, Chaeyoungie I also miss Leo, Luca and Lily." Lisa stated and Chaeyoung hugged Lisa to comfort her.

Being a senior student is kinda stressing and exhausting, but it will always be fun and memorable at the same time.

Annyeong, Jennie! Our thesis is finally done, how about you guys? By the way, where are you? Can me and the boys come over?

I immediately typed in my reply as Lisa and I are waiting patiently for Jisoo unnie and Chaeyoung who both volunteered to order for the four of us.

To: Taehyungie. 🐯

Annyeong Taehyungie! We just finished our thesis defense for about a minute ago. We are here at the coffee shop near the university, because me and the girls felt the need to unwind, and we're planning to wait here for the result of our defense.

I swear to sleep all day once we get home.
