My family doesn't spend enough time together, (according to my mother.) And because I have two younger sisters under the age of ten, they got to choose what we did in order to "fix the bonds of our loving family;" (at least that's the way she put it.) My sisters may possibly be the most selfish little girls in Pennsylvania.

With them at such a young age, it makes sense that they would pick to do something so...

Difficult.

They had just watched the movie 'Frozen' and decided that they wanted to go ice skating.

One of the few things I can not do.

But of course, my mom and dad were ecstatic at the fact that we were going to spend some "quality time" together. (or 'forced family fun' as I like to call it.)

My sisters were giddy and excited to leave. I, on the other hand, was not.

My name's Copeland Fletch. (Cope for short.)

I'm a junior in High School, and I have approximately 4 friends. Jaiden, Phoenix, Blake, and Tristian.

Jaiden and Blake are the twins; they are not identical whatsoever, but they get along nontheless. They're probably the closest knit sisters I've ever met.

Phoenix is my neighbor, which is probably the only reason why we're friends. We've been neighbors for 7 years, it's kind of expected, you know.

And finally, Tristian. Tristian is probably my best friend. He and I have been close since the start of kindergarten, when he tried to impress me by sticking three crayons up his nose. It's sad to say it worked.

Anyways, back to the 'bonding.' The worst part about this whole thing, is that I suck at skating. Any kind of skating. (Yet, I was still forced to go along.)

We arrived at the ice rink and payed for our shoes. As soon as the death traps were on my feet, I knew I would be cursing my feet tomorrow morning.

My sisters were holding tightly to my parents, and all of them were grinning from ear to ear. I mentally 'awed' at the sight. I however, did not have a hand to hold.

I shakily walked out on the ice, almost tripping already. When I was finally steady, I tried to slowly move my feet whilst holding on to the wall for dear life. Eventually, I started to trust my feet.

Bad idea.

Next thing I knew, I was belly-down on the ice.

And to make things worse, someone was laughing at me.
