It was a calm, warm summer night, an unknown American sits in his truck, upon a hill, drinking beer and listening to his radio.

Just as he finishes his second can of beer he spots something phenomenal, a flash of light beams across the sky and crashes down into a hill half a mile away

"What in lords name—" he starts.

He throws his vehicle into drive an steps on the gas, speeding towards the strange object.

24 hours later

It's late at night the next day, the local town hospitals are filling up with mysteriously sick patients.
A CDC representative questions several doctors, including the head doctor.

"Excuse me!" Called the representative, who walks closely behind the doctor, attempting to get his attention.

The doctor eventually turns around.

"Can I help you?" He asked the representative.

"Yes, my name is Joshua Harold I'm a field agent of CDC, we work with CBRN, I was hoping if you could answer a couple of my questions"

"Of course" he smiled "shoot"

"Yesterday there was reports of a strange rock crashing into a hill, it's speculated the recent outbreak in what's being called "Chimera" originated from that, is this true?"

"I'm a doctor not a scientist, why don't you answer your own questions and send some of them CBRN fellas into the field, they'd be able to answer"

"Wait!" He stops the doctor again.

"What?" Sighed the doctor.

"How many casualties? and can you quickly describe the disease?"

"Well We've had way over 312 sick patients, 75% of them have died while the other percentage turn into violent monsters, the army are here putting down those who become aggressive"
"I see, it's not the patients fault, it's the disease, poor souls, anything else you can tell me?"

"it isn't contagious, it only affects certain blood types, strange red crystals emerge from the muscle tissue and pierce through the skin, the patients have been reported to have random outbursts of rage, they're eyes glow red and they're unable to speak..." explained the doctor

"That would be all, thank you doctor"

Josh turns and walks away but as he does, the doctor calls after him.

"If I were you, I'd lock down the crash site and secure it, if it is what I think it is, it's more serious than we think and it's only going to get worse"

Josh turns and smiles at the doctor, before turning around and strolling out the hospital, clipboard and folder under his arm.
