I smiled at Harry as I sat on the kitchen counter, watching him make breakfast. Soon after everything happened, he vowed to quit drinking. There were some hiccups along the way, but we all helped him through it. Those weird dreams have thankfully stopped, and I've been able to sleep soundly through the night. It also helps that Harry and I have been sharing a bed, which definitely helps to get comfortable a night. I felt a soft kiss on my arm and blinked, looking over at Harry. He softly smiled at me before going back to cooking. "What's going on in your mind, babe? You spaced out on me."

"Just thinking about you, us, how far we've come." I smiled as his cheeks started turning pink.

"You're such a sap." He rolled his eyes. "I couldn't have done anything without you, though. What made you think of this?" He flipped the pancake onto a plate and set the pan back onto the stove, looking at me.

I shrugged. "Just thinking. Am I not allowed to think of my amazing boyfriend and the accomplishments he's made?"

He smiled and kissed my arm again, pouring pancake batter onto the pan. "Can I take you on a date tonight?" He bit his lip.

I grinned. "Of course. You don't have to ask. What time? How should I dress?"

"7 pm. Fancy. Ask Liam to help you." He smiled at me and I nodded.

I walked into Liam's room around 6 pm, to see that he had ties laid out on his bed. He looked up when he heard the door open and smiled at me. "Perfect timing. Come here." I nodded, walking over. He held up a few ties to me before setting one aside. "Go take a shower."

I stepped out of the bathroom and into Liam's room, a towel wrapped around my waist. "Now what?"

"Go grab your good black socks from your room."

"What about boxers?"

"You won't need those." He chuckled. I rose an eyebrow at him before going to my room. I quickly dried off my feet and pulled on my nice pair of black socks, heading back to Liam. He handed me my nice suit pants and helped me get dressed.

I giggled as Harry pulled me along, a blindfold covering my eyes. "This reminds me of our first date." He let out a whine and I frowned. "What's wrong? What happened?"

"You're not supposed to ruin your own date." He sighed and my blindfold soon came off, showing a table on the beach, the exact same as our first date.

"I'm sorry... but thank you." I softly kissed his cheek and we walked over to the table, each taking a seat.

Harry walked me to the center of the beach, just as the sun began to set. I looked from the sun to Harry, my hands going to cover my mouth as I saw him kneeling on one knee, his hands holding out a box with a ring inside. "I know we started off rocky--"

"Yes!"

He blinked and stared at me before chuckling. "I'm glad that you're so excited, but can I finish the speech that I've been practicing for months?" I nodded. He chuckled again and took a deep breath. "I know we started off rocky, and I honestly don't deserve you. I put you down so many times, and you stayed by my side, along with some threats to keep me in line. You helped me get over drinking and stay over it. I really, really don't deserve you. I'm sorry for everything I've done, and I just can't call you my boyfriend anymore. I want to call you my husband. It's been exactly two years since our first date, and I can't wait any longer. Niall James Horan, will you marry me?"

"You talk too much." I kneeled down and pulled him close, deeply kissing him. He deeply kissed back, sliding the ring onto my ring finger.
