Kiribaku oneshots

Not without you

The nomu marched forward keeping bakugou busy on one side of the battlefield, a few metres beside him were the rest of his classmates and Aizawa fighting kurogiri and shigaraki.

"Send more out to keep the strong one occupied" screetched shigaraki whilst deccintergrating a knife momo threw at him.

Kurogiri nodded as he opened several vortexes around katsuki unloading dozens of nomu.

"GODAMITT ILL KILL YOU ALL" bakugou yelled before he set off a massive explosion enilhating the nomu that we're attempting to attack him.

"Argh dang kids stronger than we planned, kurogiri....send it in"

"Ahh boss aren't you sure, I thought we were saving that after all it is strong enough to defeat almost all of the pro hero's"

"Shut up and do as I say!" Shigaraki said whilst still dodging several attacks from the UA students.

"Pft whatever you say boss just don't blame me when they're all dead"

kurogiri threw his left arm in the direction of bakugou opening a massive portal aizawa attempted to restrain his hand but it was too late, a massive dark creature scrawled from the portal, it stood around 30 meteres tall and had razor sharp teeth, several massive arms sprouting from its back and eyes that plotted whole expanse of his head.

"What the fuck is this" bakugou mumbled getting into a fighting stance.

"BAKUGOU NO GET THE HELL AWAY FROM THERE YOU CANT TAKE THAT DOWN" Kirishima screamed across the battlefield.

The creature swung at bakugou with four of its arms he dodged them and slid under the creatures legs sending several explosions up at at its face.

It shrieked in pain as more razor sharp talons emmersed from its back, just as bakugou turned to land another hit on the monster an ultra sonic shock wave erupted from the creature sending bakugou flying out of sight.

All of class 1a were thrown to the ground by the wave their ears ringing.

"KA-KATSUKI" Kirishima struggled to his feet and ran towards the beast will rage in his eyes.

A few of his classmates yelled for him to come back but most of them were out cold, Kirishima didn't care, he wasn't scared he was angry. He knew he didn't stand a chance but he couldn't stand around helplessly he didn't know if bakugou was okay.

Bakugous pov

"KA-KATSUKI" I Heard in the distance, I knew that voice from a mile away "no please don't eijiro" I tried getting to my feet but not only was I trapped in several places my arms and legs broken but I was also bleeding out rapidly, god fucking dammit why do I have to be so weak I began to sob before my head fell back onto the concrete slab behind me and everything went dark.

Kirishima charged towards the beast screaming whilst activating his quick and using his power move 'unbreakable' ( inspired by bakugou ;))

He was been swung at from every direction by the beasts arms but he was able to withstand it using his quirk, the  creature began setting off small shock waves but Kirishima held onto the concrete below him and used it to project himself onto the creatures back.
It let out another massive hiss of irritation as it flailed, suddenly massive spikes erupted from the surface of the monsters back catching Kirishima off guard and impaling him in the stomach, he fell to the ground tears rolling down his cheeks as the wind was knocked out of of his lungs.

As he looked up he was faced with the realisation that this was the end for him, unable to move as the creatures foot hovered above him ready to stomp him dead he accepted his fate "my last breath is for you katsuki please be okay" he closed his eyes and tried to relax as his doom ascended onto him everything went black.

Three weeks later

Kirishimas eyes opened to an unfamiliar surrounding, he shot up contemplating if this was the afterlife or not while looking around his room he saw someone sitting beside him, his vision came back into focus. "Oh my god" tears trickled down his face "bakugou!!" He said in a shaky tone.

The blondes eyes opened and he almost had a heart attack, "holy shit thank god thank god, you fucker you scared me so much" bakugous eyes were full of pure intent and relief.

"Please just give me a hug" Kirishima said fiddling with the hem of his hospital blanked.

"..." bakugou remained silent as his eyes drifted to the floor

"Hey what's wrong?" Kirishima moved closer so he could see bakugou better ignoring the pain in his torso.

He then saw it, bakugou was sitting in a wheelchair "I- katsuki...what happend".

"...." katsukis eyes remained fixated on the floor.

"I'll tell you what happend kid, he saved you..before that thing was about to crush you he sacrificed his spine to uphold its leg before more pros could arrive"

"Aizawa!" Kirishima explained happy to see him, he then turned back to bakugou who looked like he was about to cry, why would he do this for me..he thought to himself.

"Aizawa" katsuki grunted

"Yes?"

"Help me onto the bed"
Aizawa lifted bakugou onto the bed before walking out the corridor and shutting the door to give them some alone time.

Katsuki instantly flopped his head onto katsukis chest and wrapped his arms around his wait tightly, he started to sob.

Kirishima was in pure disbelief, he started to trace circles on bakugous upper back and run his finger through his hair to calm him down.

"My dream is over, I'm nothing now, I'm broken...I would do it all again if it meant saving you but my whole life all I've wanted to be is a hero and now that's never going to happen"

"K-katsuki" Kirishima propped up bakugou so they were face to face with each other staring into each other's deep crimson eyes.

"You will always be a hero katsuki, you saved me...your my hero" Eijiro wrapped his hand softly around the blonds lips and pulled him into a gentle kiss slowly biting his lip as he pulled away.

"You're all I need Eijiro, I would be lost without you" katsuki said before kissing him back.

((( sorry if this is sadder than the rest, I was going to end it way sooner in a way more upsetting way but I still wanted it to have a bitter sweet ending 😭✊🏼))
