Ruth just got home; she cleaned her bags and reorganized her clothes. She lives in Mansion Village, the spaces between the houses are pretty far, she could fire guns and none can hear.
She lied down her bed and napped. She was awakened by a loud bang on the door. “Okay, okay! I’m coming.” She cried. She looked through her peephole but no one was there.
Suddenly, she smelled a stinky odor coming from her kitchen. “Did I leave something cooking?” She asked herself. A soon as she took the first step from her bedroom, a loud clattering sound startled her. She ran to see what was happening. Upon seeing her kitchen, her face was filled with surprise. The kitchen was so messy. Bloodstains of rats was smelled and seen.
“The hell happened here?” She quickly ran to her mini-armory to get her pistol and shotgun. She also equipped herself with her knife-sting and a teargas. A loud reptile voice came from the living room. She went to check the room but she saw nothing. Ruth sensed something from her back. She quickly beamed her pistol on her back.
The creepy sounds kept bothering her. The walls on her hallways on her left side were rapidly puncturing them. The hole came up to the ceiling, onto her right side. A tail- like whip hit her legs and tripped her hitting her head.
“Are you invisible or something?” Ruth whispered. She ran to the living room, turned the lights on. “Shoot!” she cried. “Light’s not working, but why did you stop?” She thought of every living thing that hated light and had scaly body.
“Where are you?” she asked. Then, something hit her on her back. “Ouch!” she cried. She shot everywhere she predicted the invisible creature would go. A bullet managed to hit the creature’s chest. The creature changed color rapidly. It looks like lizard with many scars that keep bleeding but the blood is unnoticeable because it could hide it. “What are you?” She shouted. The creature swiftly dodged the remaining shots and tried to hide upstairs. Ruth reloaded and unsheathed her shotgun.
She went upstairs to find the creature. The lizard-like monster grabbed her leg and pulled her to the attic and throws her to the stacked boxes. Someone called her telephone but she couldn’t answer it. She dropped her shotgun, it was far from her, and so she used her pistol again. It was dark, but still, she shot the pistol blindly. She ran to get her shotgun, but the moment she felt the gun, she was jolted on her stomach. She coughed a couple of times, trying to get in the game again, and managed to stand.
“What an amazing strength!” She thought. The monster ran towards her and attempted to grab her again. It lunged her over the box stacks. She tried shooting it with her shotgun, but evaded them. The tail of the creature tangled its tail to both of her legs. Once again, it threw her into the hole the monster came up with. It continued the attack.
But she dodged the attack and grabbed her shotgun. “Sorry but this is the end of the show!” She shot the gun. She managed to kill the creature. “What a mess! *Sighs* I should clean this up.” She said.
Barathrum was hung-over because of a party he threw last night. He woke up late afternoon he went directly to the bathroom through the messy rooms to vomit. After that, he checked his phone for missed calls. He saw Gastronome called, he was about to call him but something shattered all his windows. He cancelled the call and quickly ran to his drawer to get his gun. He cautiously walked through the halls to investigate.
