basic overlook : in which a high school
football player, Nathan, begins to question his
morals when one day, after losing the game
that could've earned him the college scholarship of a lifetime, he runs into a ghost
wandering the park behind the vacant football field. With curiosity for the reason of
his ability to see her, he attempts to help
the ghost (Meadow) uncover the mystery behind her death, and bring closure to the girl that he can't seem to get rid of. And during his adventure of unraveling the truth, he finds
himself falling for the ghostly girl, and losing his urge to continue on as the life-of-the-party
jock that he used to be.

love interest : Meadow Vires (the ghost)

characteristics of Nathan : he's a jock,
and very outgoing. He never notices how
he treats others, and focuses more on his
sports and girls than on his grades and his family. But in the end, he changes for the better

opposing character(s) : none, but his
friends slowly turn on him as he no longer
focuses on football, so the relationship between them needs to be strenuous at times

fun fact : this book was also very close
to being published as a short story,
but i felt as though i couldn't give it the attention it deserves
