Happy Fishing

I wonder why Natsu has been acing strange lately. I bet its nothing to worry about, what really should be on my mind is how I'm going to catch this damn fish I'm so hungry. I will do it I'm determined I will catch a big fish and Carla and I will sit down by the stream in the moonlight and we can tuck in to a delicious snack. Wait I think I hear someone's voice.

"Happy h-e-l-l-o in there are you listening," said Natsu looking down at me.

"Ahhhhhhh when did you get here, Natsu ?" I asked him I didn't see him come here.

"What you mean I've been talking to you for about 10 minutes," Natsu said angrily. " So I guess I have to explain it from the start again."

The rest of his voice just sort of gradually seemed to stop after a while. I had let my thoughts stray back to eating the fish with Carla.

"So happy, do you understand the plan," said Natsu.

"Aye," I forgot that he was talking so I decided that I would just pretend that I heard after all how important could this plan possibly be.

"Good so it all set meet me in the guild hall later on tonight," said Natsu and he got up and walked away.

I wonder what it is that I have to do. Going on a job at a time like this well nobody seems to remember what today is I guess someone so stupid as Natsu couldn't possibly remember today but I hoped that at lest someone would have remembered. I guess I'll have to put of my night with Carla. I started to walk to the guild I walked along beside the river. The two usual men on the row boat were there.

"Alright Happy," one of them shouted over.

"Aye," I said in what I think may have sounded like my usual cheery self.

I walked along and I enters the guild hall it was empty. This was just like Natsu to trick me into coming here and there would be nobody there to so he could lock me in. But suddenly the lights turned on. I was scared. But then everyone jumped out and shouted, "Happy birthday!"

I couldn't help myself I started to cry.

"What's wrong,", asked Natsu .

"I thought everyone had forgotten," I cried. I was so happy they remembered.

"After all we're best friends right?" Grinned Natsu

"Aye."
