Henry Potter sat at the Gryffindor table with his best mate and his best mate's girlfriend, patiently waiting for Headmaster Dumbledore to start his welcoming speech that he makes every year so he could finally eat. He was practically starving at this point. Ron Weasley and Lavender Brown were sitting across from him, both of them attached to each other's faces like leeches, which absolutely disgusted Henry to no end. Although, he'd never voice that thought for fear of Lavender hexing him back to the Dark Ages.

Dumbledore stood up after the last first year went to sit at their new House table, clearing his throat and gathering the attention of most of the students with ease, including Ron and Lavenders; thank Merlin for that. Henry didn't know how much longer he would've been able to take them trying to eat each other's lips before the urge to vomit would become too strong to resist. Henry didn't really pay attention to the speech, he had heard it for the last four years now after all, and it wasn't until Dumbledore had started talking about last year's events with the Triwizard's Tournament that Henry's attention was caught.

"After last year's events with the Triwizard's Tournament, the Ministry has taken matters into their own hands and they've provided Hogwarts with extra protection to ensure our students safety. They have given us two of their best Auror's, James Potter and Sirius Black, so please welcome them both with open arms. Also, I have taken the liberty of hiring a group that is well-known for doing odd jobs, everyone please welcome The Whispers!"

Henry's eyebrows had shot up at this news. Sure, he had known that his Father and Uncle would be here for extra protection, but he hadn't known Dumbledore had thought the school to be in so much danger that they would hire an outside group as well.

Everyone watched in awe as four teens walked out, led by Professor McGonagall, and shuffled rather awkwardly onto the stage to stand next to Dumbledore, not at all looking like they were enjoying themselves.

"Now," Dumbledore quickly continued, silencing whatever whispering had started. "I expect you to welcome them with open arms. They'll be attending classes with you and you might even be rooming with them, should they get sorted into your House of course!"

The first girl to get the hat placed on her head was, no doubt, a Weasley, or at least related to them very closely. However, by the way Ron, Fred, and George had begun to gape as soon as they had laid eyes on the girl, told Henry that there was something more to the picture. The next was a boy with a sharp face and slick back hair that was a perfectly blonde and anyone who had ever seen Lucius Malfoy would know, undoubtedly, that this boy was related to him in more than one way. The boy that stood next to him knocked the breath out of Henry for a moment. it was Him. His hair was messy and wild just like James and his eyes were piercing green just like Lily's, and, going by the opened-mouthed stare's of both of his parents and Sirius, they recognized the boy too. Henry could hardly drag his gaze away from his long-lost twin brother, but he finally managed to after a long moment of openly gaping.

The last of the group was a girl with bushy brown hair and large hazel eyes that looked so familiar he could taste the name on the tip of his tongue, but he couldn't seem to place to her face. it was obvious that she wasn't related to any family of importance, so then why had Henry recognized her in the first place?

As the Sorting Hat dropped over Ginny Weasley's eyes, blocking her view from prying eyes of the students, she let out a breath of relief. She had been excited to take this job, no doubt, but her nerves have been eating away at her. She knew that three out of six of her older brothers still attended Hogwarts, and that Harry had been less than happy to reveal himself to his family, but the pay was bigger than they had ever seen before and there was no way that they were going to turn it down. Ginny was pretty sure that Harry had only really agreed because they had basically begged him to.
