Me and Julia are heading to the VillaReal Corporation.
We're here at the parking lot of VillaReal Corporation, and it's very impressive. No wonder why most of the companies wanted to be their business partner.

"Sorry for being late. Good morning every one. I am Kathryn Villareal, President of VillaReal Corporation. I acknowledge the presence of the MonteReal Estates."Kath

"Thank you. So as we have planned, we are here to give you these papers. Both of you need to sign these for the approval of the merging of MonteReal Estates and VillaReal Corporation."Kath.
"Ofcourse Ms. Villareal. We're really glad that we'll be the one who'll sign these papers. VillaReal Corporation is one of the best companies in our generation."Daniel.
"Nice to hear Mr. Montereal. Those papers are already proofread by my lawyer as well as our company's own lawyer. Those papers includes the rules, the shares, the points, the authorizations, the percentage of the shares, where the expenses should pass and a lot more that needs to be clarified for the sake of our companies that soon will merge and soon to be called as, MONVIReal Inc. MON- for the Montereal, and VI- for Villareal. Mr. and Mrs. Montereal do you agree with the said names? I, as the President of Villareal Corporation, I am the one who'll decide on the said agreements written on the papers. 70% of the shares will be from Villareal Corporation and the 30% will be on MonteReal Estates. " Kath.
"Yes. As written on the papers all of the rules and the authorizations are clearly elaborated and emphasized. To be honest wit h you, MonteReal Estates are really glad that VillaReal Corporation accepted our proposal for this merging. We're looking forward for the success that the VillaReal Corporation may offer us." Daniel
"Yes Mr. Montereal. So you may sign those papers both of you."Kath
"We're done signing it so, it is now official. MONVIReal Inc. Thank you so much."Julia
"Yes. So thank you for coming I really need to go I still a lot of paper works to work with. See you soon Montereals.." Kath

Yes. We closed the deal with the VillaReal corporation. Thank God for giving us that company. They're really a big help.
