CHAPTER 5:JOY AND LONG TALK

Hey guys am back sorry for the long wait I was having a major writers block and I was on kitten watch(the kittens up there) yeah my cat got pregnant and had babies so yeah great news but am back so enjoy.

(Strike's POV)
When I heard Favor ask me to stay with him I swear that if I had a tail in my human form it would be wagging 100 miles per hour since I was so happy and knowing that he feels the bond is making me happy as well since foxes aren't use to the mating system like wolves and other creatures but now the hard part is telling my family that 1 am gay and 2 that I have a fox mate like no know my father wanted me too be a strong alpha with a strong Luna to take over with me but how will he think to having a fox as a Luna.

Actually now that I think about it who the fuck cares I mean like I am a soon to be a alpha so if my family and pack end up not liking my mate then I will make my own pack, but now my main mission is on how to tell Favor he is my mate and not scare him away but I guess my first goal should be to get him to fully trust me, since it was easy to tell that he was uneasy about me staying with him tonight but when you have a mate you would want to spend a lot of your time next to them.

Finally getting over my thoughts I look down at Favor and see him looking at his feat biting his lip and fiddling with his hands, smiling I say yes and we start our walk to his small and cute looking wooden cabin that is a little ways from the rest but not out of the village,on the walk there I can see out of the corner of my eye that people are sending us strange looks as we pass probably because he is a fox and am a wolf so its a strange mix to be seen together.

Walking into the house I can see how its all combined besides the bathroom that is on the wall opposite of the front door near the kitchen and the the kitchen leads into the living room that then leads into his small bedroom that has a curtain to give him privacy when needed.

"nice home Favor" I say as he leads me inside "Thank you" I hear his quite voice say as he starts to take off his shoes fallowing his example I follow lead and take my sneakers off and put them besides his near the door then I proceed into the home and look around some more, seeing Favor walk into the kitchen I decide to fallow him and sit down at the counter as he goes behind the counter over to the freezer before standing up again to look at me.

"D-do you have any t-thing you want to eat or is rabbit okay with you" he says pulling out a thing of cut rabbit nodding my head yes I speak up too give my responds properly "yeah am not picky with food so rabbit is fine" he sighs in relief "that's good because all everyone here eats is small things like rabbit since well....you know we are to weak to hunt big stuff like deer and uh yeah" my eyes widen at the realization that this was the longest he has talked to me smiling I nod my head and watch him as he starts making food.

He looks so happy cooking and he seems to know what he is doing, that just makes him better to be my mate since well I can hardly cook since our omega's are the ones that cook our food while we patrol or if am aloud help hunt for the food.

"u-um am almost done with the food c-can you please set t-the table for m-me" hearing the request I look up from my pone and give him a nod "yeah just tell me where the stuff is and I can set up the table" he looks at me for a second before looking at the food again " the bowls are in the cabinet next to the freezer and the cups are next to the sink and the silverware is under the cups cabinet" fallowing his directions I grab the things I need and start to make the table for our dinner.

Sitting at the table was a little bit awkward at first since neither one of us spoke to each other, not knowing what to say "the food taste delicious Favor better than the omega's back at home" I say trying to break up the awkwardness that surrounded us. He looked up at me for second but it was clear that he was still to nervous to talk to me fully with out being off topic or having me start off with a good conversation.
