(Y/N)’s point of view
I woke up when I heard a door closing. I sat up and saw Toby coming out of the bathroom. “Good morning.” I said yawning. “Good morning to you too sunshine.” I looked at him puzzled because of him calling me sunshine but shrugged it off. “What do you want to do today, pumpkin?” I put on that adorable thinking face and I giggled. “Let's go on a date. Be ready by 12.” I looked at the clock and then him. It was 10 in the morning. He wanted me to be ready in two hours so I can sleep in another hour. “And you can't sleep in another hour.” I groaned in defeat and started making my way to my closet. But not before kicking Toby out of my room. After a lot of deciding what I should wear, I picked out a dark blue dress and black knee high boots. I mean, I had to at least try to look pretty for a date. I shower and got dressed. I looked at the time and it was 11:30. Huh, I guess I took a long time to pick my clothes. Toby knocked on the door. "Come in!" Toby walked in and his jaw literally dropped. "You look beautiful."
"Toby! Close your mouth! You're gonna catch flies! And you don't look too bad yourself." He was dressed in a black dress shirt and black jeans. He had some black sneakers on. The whole dark look really made his face pop out. "Well, shall we go?" I nodded. "Yes we shall." We then walked out of the house and towards the mall that was basically 2 blocks away. But since I was wearing heels, Toby picked me up bridal style and carried me to a restaurant. "Toby can you put me down now?" He sighed and put me down.
We sat down in the seat they walked us to. It was a two person table next to the window. It was a beautiful view because it was the side of the restaurant that showed nature. As soon as the waitress came it all went downhill.
"Hey cutie" she had shoulder length dark brown hair and brown eyes. She honestly looked so pretty, I couldn't compete with that. "Excuse me?" Toby looked confused. "Are you doing anything tonight?" Now Toby looked even more confused. "Aren't you supposed to ask like what we want to eat or something?" He motioned towards me when he said 'we'. But the waitress completely ignored me. I feel like smoke is coming out of my ears. WHY IS SHE FLIRTING WITH MY BOYFRIEND?! DOESN'T SHE UNDERSTAND THAT HE'S TAKEN?! "You look a lot like my next boyfriend."
And at this moment, Toby knew, that she was flirting with him. "Um excuse me bu-" She cut me off of what I was saying, that's so rude. "Does it look like I was talking to you? Because I wasn't." She said. "Excuse me? That girl you just so rudely cut off from talking is my girlfriend. And I wouldn't leave her for anyone in the world because she's perfect. So you better get out of my face and get another waiter!"
I blushed at what he said. The waitress looked shocked and basically almost cried before she left. Guess she's never been turned down before. Another waiter came over. This time it was a guy.
"Don't worry I'm not gonna flirt with anyone. I'm married." I sighed in relief. "So what do you guys wanna order?" I looked at the menu one last time. "Ill take the (Your favorite food) with a Coke." He nodded as he wrote it down. "And you sir?" Toby looked at the menu one last time and said, "I'll take the chicken and waffles with a Coke." The waiter wrote it down and left.
"You were jealous." I looked at Toby. "W-what n-no I wasn't." Toby looked at me and said. "Sure. But I think it's cute when you're jealous. You know I wouldn't leave you, right?" I nodded. "Yeah I know." After that the food came and we just ate our food. We looked at some stores and the we went home. We cuddled on the bed while watching The Beauty And The Beast and we fell asleep that way.
