After a few awkward moments Luke looked away. He did not know what had just happened. At that moment Luke felt a"click." After that he decided to try and dance. Luke was a terrible dancer. He tried to go ask Allison to dance, but quickly realized she was dancing with the captain of the football team. Soon after Luke found himself looking back at Allison then running away.( Little did Luke know that they weren't dancing but breaking up. Allison broke up with Brock because he was a jerk to her. Allison always had a secret crush on Luke.)Losing his shoes, Luke kept running deeper and deeper into the woods. Allison realized the boy look at her and run away. Luckily Allison was able to see which way he went. As she walked the way he ran from she noticed a converse laying on the ground. She picked it up and kept walking. Within the next fifteen minutes there was another converse, that led into the woods. She didn't think anything of it and went to the nearest. neighborhood. Allison went door to door asking if the shoes were theirs or if they knew the boy who owned them.Just as she was about to give up her gut told her to go to one last house. A middle aged woman opened the door. Allison asked her if she knew a boy that had these shoes. The woman said that her son had the same shoes. Allison then asked her if he was home. The old woman shook her head,and said "I thought he went to the Halloween party." Allison replied "he was there and left, so I figured he came home." The woman did not seem as nervous as Allison. Then the old woman reassured Allison saying "as soon as he's home I'll give you a call." So Allison gave the woman her number and started to walk home.
