There he is, sat on the bench in orange prison uniform watch another prisoner playing basketball. He suppose to be with them but he refused politely because he wasn't good in sports. It's been long since he were in here, in detention center in Miami. The day he was sent here, he was all alone and scared until other prisoner approached him during their meal time and treated him nice.
Taeyong had expected everyone in here were bad or whatever crossed in his mind, to his surprise all of them were friendly and nice. He already thought he deserves to be here after what he did.
He knew it was too much late to regret of what he did, after the loss of his mother, also the loss of someone who he loved with all of him. He still vividly remember the voice of his older sister crying over the phone, told him that their mother had passed away from hit and run, and how furious he was when he got the news and the messages he received at the same time. What the greatest mistakes had he done in his past life that he has to face all of this kind of life?
Now he already lost, being in this kind of place because of his doings. His sister had to do the funeral alone with her husband in Seoul, which she supposed wait for Taeyong to came back and do the funeral together. Jongin whom he stayed with in Miami, also his brother cousin always visited him whenever he got time, telling him about his sister's well being and about the funeral. They couldn't wait for Taeyong any longer and had to finish the funeral. It hurts Taeyong and cried so hard that he ever had in his entire life.
"Prisoner 0127, you've got a visitor!"
He knew it's Jongin, none other else would know he's here neither visits him. Jongin is the only person he could depends on behalf him, to sent some financial to his sister that having tough life working for her little family. Jongin had said to him before that he has many debts to Taeyong and Taeyong's family and his turn to repay it. They are brothers after all.
"You good?" He ask.
Taeyong nods with a faint smile. "I've been doing well, don't worry about me."
"I know, but you're my priority right now so I need to see you whenever I don't have any work."
Jongin is a nice person and he acknowledge it ever since their childhood days. Jongin always protective over Taeyong whenever he needs to, even now. He take cares of him and bring him in to work with him as choreographer, Taeyong felt guilty because Jongin spends his free time of visiting him instead enjoying himself.
"How was your work hyung?" He asked random question, not to think something else that made him stress.
"Good, the team went that well and we've got into many events and the pay is kinda worth it." Jongin said. Jongin went back to Korea last week. Taeyong hoping to not hear any expected news, except about his sister. He already knew even he got stuck in here.
"Haeryung already married."
Right, it's her.
He shudders under his breath hearing that name. It really hurts him, and he deserves it. The woman once he loved, married to someone else better than him, that make her future brighter. His hands now shaking, his heart has torn inside, feel hurt of what he had done to her. If Baekhyun still alive, he must keep a biggest resentment ever towards him and would kill him with his gun. He promised to Baekhyun that he would take care of her with his life, hence he failed miserablely.
There's no point of crying when it's all already happened, the one who getting the blame is him and he got it. He saw the Jaehyun guy wasn't bad, the way he saved her and let go all of his anger on him, he's not the bad guy as he assumed from the start. He loves Haeryung and he would do anything for her. Just like what he had do before but in different way.
