Splash.

A gurgling scream.

Splash. Again.

Another wail.

The moon shone a disturbance just across the edge of that lake. The same lake which I considered cursed, the same lake which had killed Jungkook.

I watched frozen as the figure being shoved in the lake flapped its hands frantically, having no choice but to breath in water as the assaulter kept pushing the figure's head inside the lake, the legs of the assaulter already submerged knee deep.

I wanted to run away, or maybe save the man being murdered, drowned, under the moon's gaze, yet the feeling was not enough to make me snap.

The splashing of frantic appeal for mercy finally started to die down, replaced with a silence too deep.

Shivering I stood watching the final moment of the murdered, as life slipped away from him.

And before the nightmare could end, I flinched as deep burning eyes of red slowly fell upon me, as the assaulter, the murderer looked on. The piercing burn of being seen haunting me.

Jin.

Jin was his name.

He called himself worldwide Handsome and spoke with a casual dialect which many found interesting to listen to.

After two months of Jungkook's death, word did spread around of new arrival in town. It was kind of a breach from the usual suffocation of the place, since nobody had ever came from outside to settle in, people may leave town, but one never entered. Because really, our town wasn't a business focus or had any other such specialty. Either people owned shops, did trading or simply managed eateries and rest spots for tourists.

So it did came as a shock to many to find Jin willing to settle down with us.

I had gone to see him, being curious myself, coming out of my hiding in process, but I hadn't found him, people telling me he had left home for some meeting in the central.

"I haven't seen you around for so long dude," Taemin told me, Wonho with him, nodding in agreement. As they cornered me for a quick bite, though I simply settled for tea.

"Well... with everything that happened, I needed time for myself," I told them both, as we sat around outside the little shop. The shop a small one rounded at the corner of the town square.
