7. Getting stuck

Nagisa's PoV

Slowly, I manage to wake up from a very peaceful sleep as a blink my eyes a few times. My vision was blurry and my mind was hazy so I blink a few times to fully determine where I am right now.

I'm in an inn, in a bed, with karma's arms around me....HOLD UP WAIT?!

I snap my head around to the back of me to see the red head peacefully sleeping as his strong hands kept me in a tight yet comfortable grip, is that even humanly possible?!

I'd wake him right now but he looks so peaceful....not to mention I feel like I'm drift off again myself...

As soon as I said that, I once again close my eyes and refall back into a comforting sleep, this time falling asleep with no tears as I'm greeted with a calming dream.

It's just me, the grass and the stars...

Once I wake up again, my head feels refreshed and I can think straight now, we'll that was until I heard the red head's voice.

"Morning sleepyhead~" the red head cooed as he tightens his grip, nuzzling his head into my neck.

"A-a-ah..g-good morning" I reply back, god curse me and my stupid stutter.

"So are you feeling any better from after last night?" His voice turned a little serious but more concerning as he lifted his head so that I was able to face me.

My eyes stared off to the side "yeh I am now..." I look at him straight in the eyes "but that's all thanks to you, thank you for being there..."

"Y-yeh no problem" karma said, averting his eyes away from mine as he scratched the back of his neck, hold up did he just stutter?

I found my heart race increasing and my heart begin to melt once again...what a strange feeling.

"Well then" he said while sitting up on the bed "you wanna do something today?"

I sat up also "like what?" I asked

"I dunno, go on a mission or something? Ya know...just the two of us.."

"Sure, I have nothing else better to do except bring my level up so what do you have in mind?"

"Well" he got out of the bed "first I have to visit the guild to tell them I will be taking the day off and then we can decide from there"

Alright, but if the guild needs you then don't hesitate to leave me, you always have me on your friends list if you want to contact me" I reminded him, before also stepping out the bed and re-equipping my clothes, cape and armour, before heading out to a restaurant with karma to get some breakfast.

After finishing our meals, we both walked together to karma's guild hall, every now and again there would be the occasional girls and boys staring in our direction, whispering things such as:

"He's so hot"

"You think he's single? I should ask him to friend me!"

"Holy shit, the Red Devil"

"She's a cute girl"

"Haven't you heard of them, that's the snake, god knows their gender!"

"Damn they're hot"

We both just looked at eachother and sighed, then burst out laughing at how much we can relate on some things.

Guess me and him aren't so different after all.

After a bit so peaceful walk to karma's guild hall, my jaw dropped and my eyes widened in shock as I stare at the beautiful guild hall infront of me. The place was a huge white building with immense detail and red flags scattered in some places, their guild emblem can be seen at the front of the hall.
