"Im sorry sir, there isnt anything we can do other than ask for one of the doctors. You have the black plauge. You have 70 days to live."

In this pitiful world, there are huge beasts that rule over us. Water, fire, air, earth, toxic, all of the elements are the same to me. We have to protect ourselves from these, yet we build walls instead.

And so i took my sword......

And ran. I kept running until i couldn't anymore. When i stopped, it was nightfall and i was in the forest.

'This is going to get dangerous, and fast. I need fire, shelter, and safety from them. I need lots of wood, bu-' my thought's were cut off by me violently coughing and vomiting up blood.

'Damn... symptoms already....guess i don't have much time.' I thought, as i continued running.

I was running until-

"RYHAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" The shrill cry of a beast, that's haunted me for years. This one isn't too bad though. I should manage as long as i don't blee-

I am yet again cut off by vomiting blood, attracting it to me. Its just a frail air beast, but its carrying children, so this may be bad. If it gives birth on the spot, i'm done for.

I draw my blade, and charge. I jump, and then slam my heel down on its head, and use that to propell myself, and stab the beast in as many places as possible. i've nearly got it killed until-

it threw me. i hit the stone wall, and it starts to give birth, so i charge to stab all of them, thinking this is how i die. and then i saw the wretched thing just.... died. i was so confused, but i thank the gods for sparing my life.

(timeskip, he now has shelter and warmth, along with a somewhat comfortable bedding.)

finally. nobody can get hurt by me. i'm glad but..... i'm lonely. i wish this damn plague never existed. but then, everyone probably does. no matter, i need my rest, i've only got 69 days left to live.
