It's been a few hours since I've seen Christian. After breakfast we hurried back to the hotel, I got ready and rushed out the door. Of course, per his request Prescott accompanied me. This man he could be so demanding, authoritative, and no none sense and on the other he's kind, sweet, and for lack of better words childish. He's two different people. It makes my blood thicken to think about the amount of ways he's been abused. He's mine, and I'd rather deal with his different personas than have none of them at all.
"Miss Steele?" Jack pulls me out of my thoughts. "Yes! We have seen such an interest build from the advertisement. Your fans seems to be loving the idea of this series. How are you feeling Boyce?" I cross my legs and sit up straight. "Nervous to say the least." He smiles a wide smile. He's muscular, clean, has the most wonderful eyes, and he's a writer. He will do wonders for the women that reads his work. Perfect fit for a young author. "I'm glad you chose Steele Independent Press. I'll have Jack check on the crowd for you." I say signal Jack to go. "So when will I be seeing ideas for a new book?" I quiz.
"Oh so soon!" He says shocked. "I have the first three chapters of a new project." He smiles and it is clear that he's proud of his work. "Be sure to send them to me, I will look them over myself, here." I hand him my card that holds my email. "Thank you so much Miss Steele," He says and shakes my hand.

"They're ready for him." Jack says as he walks in. Boyce gets up and nods as he walks out to the press. "Miss Steele, can I get you anything?" Jack asks.
"I'm fine, thank you, sit." I cross my legs and arms and take a look over at where Prescott stands. Christian's definitely has been working his way into my mind. "I wanted to talk to you about something," his eyebrows shoot up but his facial expression stays cool. "Would you be interested in an Editorial position? It would not be effected immediately, I still have to work on finding someone to replace you." He remains cool and tells me it would be a good opportunity for him.

"So we'll discuss it further with the board and Jerry when we get back to Seattle." I give a quick smile before I get up from my seat. "Please assist Mr. Fox after his sample reading. I have to make a phone call."

"Hi," I smile.
"Almost done?" He whispers.
"Yes, I'll be done soon Elliot, Christian doesn't suspect anything?" I ask and look over my shoulder and Prescott nods.

"No, we have about an hour." He says his voice getting lower as he speaks. "And Kate?"

"No.. I have to go Ana. See you shortly." He hangs up.
