I Will Love You Forever

Chapter 1

Savannah's POV

Life for me is horrible, first I wake up at 4am, then I get ready for work, then I stop at the coffee shop, go on the elevator of my work, say hey to Britney, and finally sit at my desk for 12 hours.

Gee, it's the best job ever!

Finally when I get home i talk on the phone with my friend, Camren.

"So, how is New York?" she asks.

"Well, busy you know, always working so I never get time to do anything." I say swirling my spoon around in my ice cream.

"Well you should get out more, it'll help you find a guy and friends."

"Yeah, I know, its just... I'm not like you, I'm not good with people."

"Well, just go out Saturday. I got to go Kailey is screaming." she says with her toddler crying in the back ground.

This is my first year in New York, maybe I should get out. I'll go tomorrow after work and see what the city is like.

The next day I wake and do my routine.

When I get to work Britney says, "Well, somebody's in a happy mood."

"Yeah, had a good sleep."

After work I stop at the bar. I'm sitting by myself and then this dude sits beside me.

"Hey, Brad." he says with a perverted smile.

"Cool." I say, not interested at all with him.

"What's your name."

"None of your buisness." I say and walk off.

God I have to pee.

I'm walking to the bathroom, drunk, next thing I know, this really tall muscular dude bumps into me an makes me fall.

"Woah, I'm really sorry, I didn't mean too." he says holding out his hand.

"Yeah, its ok." i say getting up.

"Well, since I made you fall I should bye you a drink."

"Ok, sure." i say, I think I like him.

"Well, I'm Shawn."

"Savannah."

"A pretty name for a pretty girl."

"Awe well thanks. You don't look too shabby yourself." we both giggle.

"So, where you from?" he says really interested.

"Well, I'm from Arizona, but I moved a lot soo." I says shaking my head.

"What about you?"

"Well, I'm from Alabama, I went in the marines instead of college. I just got back from Hawaii." damn he's fine.

"Now, what's your favorite drink?" he says when the bartender comes over.

"Uhm, a cherry bomb please."

"Wow, vodka? I'm impressed." he says shocked for some reason.

"Well, I don't drink much but when I can, I drink a lot." i giggle.

We talk a little more, a few hours go by and it's like 2 in the morning.

"Well I better get home, only have two hours to sleep." I say getting from my chair.

"Well let me walk you home." he says getting up really fast.

I'm almost home and he grabs my hand. I'm really shocked. Nobody's as ever done that before.

We get to my apartment and I grab a pen out my purse.

"Can I see your hand?" i ask

"Sure." he says already knowing what I'm doing.

I write my number on his hand and he hugs me bye.

"See you sometime." he says waving

"Bye, thanks for everything."

And that was it. I've got to call Camren and tell her about this!

"Hello?" she picks up. I think she was asleep.

"Hey,guess what just happened."

"At 3 in the morning?"

"Yeah! Ok, so I was at the bar and I ran into this guy and we talked forever, he bought me a drink, and walked me home. I think he's into me." I say really excited.

"Oh my gosh are you serious?!"

"Yeah! I gave him my number too."

"Wow, I'm really impressed." she says

"Well, I'll let you know what happens tomorrow. I'll let you go back to sleep."

"Ok, love you."

"Love you too."

I'm going to bed happy now.
