It was strange walking through these old corridors I had once met, they felt like they had changed but really it was me, I had change.

I was always different from rest, but ever since that day it was hard for me to find a place among others, because what I most wanted and dreamed of was taken away from me.

You see, I have this fear of being alone in the world, so I basically try to fit in to the normal crowd. I was one of the populars at the school I attended, and always  tried to appere that I had a perfect life so they wouldn't know my secret.

But that all changed the day I meet Rohan. He was walking down the hallway, while, I was with my popular crowd which consisted consisted of Sky, Cameron, Rena, Nina, Michi, Luke, Sam and Craig. We were the popular 9, or that's what they called us anyway, but to be honest, the only ones I liked in our group were Cameron and Nina.

-look at that fine piece of a man-I remember Sky saying-damn he is hotter than a summer day-

-I hear ya-said Rena with a smug smile-I would definitely tap that-

I turned around to see what all the fuss was about only to see a tall guy with sad blue eyes and black messy hair. He had a body that every jock in my school would kill for and it would be every girls wet fantasy.

He must have noticed me stating at him, because he lifted his head and looked at me straight in the eyes with his piercing gaze.

I literally drowned in those blue ocean eyes for they were so deep and so emotional with a feeling I cannot describe.

Suddenly,  I noticed something in the corner over my eye, and I turned my head to see it better. I knew what it was from only a glimpse, but I had to make sure that my mind wasn't playing tricks with me again.

I saw the shadow like creature move along the wall towards the ceiling, looking for it's next victum. I noticed something odd when I looked at the creature, and that's when I saw that time had slowly came down to a stop and everything had turned a tone darker.

-come here you son of a bitch-I heard before I saw the strange boy fly across the room and tackle the creature to the floor with a strange looking weapon in his hand-I will only asked you once, where the hell is your master?-

The creature let out what I can only describe as a  cynical laugh. It was so disturbing that it set shivers down my spine.

-never-the creature whispered to Rohan while he kept on laughing-but I'll send him your regards-he said before disappearing into thin air-

-damn it!!!-shouted Rohan as he hit a locker to his right

He suddenly paralyzed and turned around to face me, his expression mirrored mine and he ended cocking up an eyebrow.

I looked deeply in his eyes but they were no longer an ocean blue, if not they were electric neon blue and the color seemed to move.

As if he finally discovered the answer to the riddle that was playing inside our heads, he smiled and took a step forward towards me and time began to flow once again.

-Lia? Are you there?-asked Sky as she waved a hand infront of me-I know he is hot, but no need to stare-

-I...-I started without knowing what to say-I need to get to class-

And with that, I broke the connection that Rohan had established with his heavy gaze and ran to class.
