Your own kpop girl group

A little introduction

You are currently a trainee under BigHit entertainment. You are 21 years old and you have been a trainee for almost 5 years.

It was your dream to become an idol ever since you first stepped into kindergarten. And lucky for you, you had the voice, the moves, the looks and the charm of an idol! You passed the auditions and since than have been training very hard. There were a lot of times when you wanted to throw everything and go back home, to your own bed, your mom's homemade dishes, your room full of posters. But you weren't the type to give up. You had a goal and you were going to achieve it.

Each month someone from the trainees would get eliminated. Soon only 6 of you were left. You managed to be friends with all of them cause all of you only had each other there to keep company.

You and the 5 others were called into a meeting held by BigHit. It made you nervous cause this kind of meetings happened only 2 times before and the matters were serious.

All of you sat next to each other and watched as each of your trainers and some of BigHit's managers entered the room. As all of them were already in the room one of the managers stood up and started his speech.

"Hello, girls. We called you here as we have an important announcement. You guys have been trainees for over 4 years and our company hasn't released a new group for a long time, especially a girl group. That is why you are going to debut."

You all started smiling widely and hugged each other, congratulating each other.

"That is not all. One of you is still going to be eliminated as the number of members doesn't match our likings. You have one week to prepare a performance and choose each of yours position. We will judge and say who isn't yet ready to become a real idol. That is all. You may go now."

Each one of us bowed and exited the room. Saddened expressions were all over our faces. One of us was going to be eliminated and none of us liked the thought of that. The oldest, Bina, was the first to speak up.

"Okay, guys, don't worry. Whatever happens we still got each other and will support each other. Don't feel too nervous and don't overwork yourselves. All of us are worried now. We need to get some sleep so that we can start practicing since early tomorrow."

If you ask me, I think Bina fits the perfect role of the group leader. She manages to control the situations and speak highly. We love her and she is like a big sister to me.

*at the dorm*
01:30 AM

I couldn't sleep knowing that all of my hard work could go to trash. I stood up and made my way to the practice room. I had to debut. I couldn't go home without anything.

I silently made my way to the practice room to see that the light was on. I opened the door and peeked inside. And there was Hasi, dancing her heart out. Sweat was dripping from her forehead and she looked exhausted. Hasi was just a few months older than me, which made us closer. I was the smallest of the group.

I entered the room and she immediately stopped dancing with a shocked face.

"Why aren't you asleep, y/n?"

"Couldn't sleep. You are doing it again, Hasi, overworking yourself. Eunnie told you not to do it."

"And get eliminated? You know that I can't do that. I can't allow that, y/n." She said helplessly. "And you also came here for that. Didn't you?"

"Well, since both of us are here let's practice together." I said and with that we started dancing and practicing on improving our vocals.

4:30 AM

We have been practicing for 3 hours yet it felt like decades. The room was silent and only our panting sounds were heard. We agreed to go to bed and try to sleep as we had to wake up in an hour and half. And I managed to sleep a little before Bina woke me up.

We went to the kitchen and Mari was making breakfast.

"Here is your breakfast. Eat up! We gotta have a lot of energy today!" Tatev is always the cheerful one, the energy of the group. She always manages to brighten the mood no matter how unpleasant the situation is.

All of us ate breakfast and went to the practice room.

Days flew by and before we knew it the day had come.

"We saw your footages. I must say I am impressed. Looking at that and than at your very first footage. I can see that all of you improved. But, as relieving as it sounds, only five are going to debut. We have carefully examined all of you and come to a final decision. Misun, you aren't going to debut."

All the girls looked at Misun. Misun's eyes were full of tears. You all hugged each other and let Misun go.

This was it.

A/N: HIYA YALL ITS THE AUTHOR. So this chapter was kinda boring and stuff. It was made so that you would kinda get familiar with the characters. The following chapters are going to be wilder and I hope I will be able to make you feel like a kpop star! Look out as scandals, fame, rumors and much more are coming your way.

I thought I would make this story cause everyone at least once imagined being a kpop idol just like me. And bighit was holding a girl group auditions and I couldn't audition cause I is a talentless thing. So I thought why don't I make a fantasy for myself and others so yeah.
