Description: It allows the user to use bones from any kind of bird -dead or alive- to create their own pair of wings and contain others in a birdcage like structure made of bones. They also are able to make a exoskeleton from the bird bones and can make a weapon.
Strength: Protects her, allows flight, can be used as daggers if needed, traps and contains
Weaknesses: Not strong, needs to take bones, can't use too much or goes in a frenzy.

How did you obtain it (what was happening at the time): She found a dead bird near her house and tried to save it, only for her quirk to pull it apart and use all of it's bone and feathers to create her own wings. She was terrified of her quirk, but soon she controlled it.
