The Mistakes They Made

Changes aren't bad

When ivy woke up she was confused as to why a red owl was over her like it was protecting her and to why a snack was around her torso until yesterday came back to her
"Morning Hera" ivy said petting her owl before getting up being careful of sara she began to strech only stopping for a bit to put sara down then she continued her stretch considering she woke up at 6 a.m to get used to it for school she had time. She stopped then went to take a shower. She got out of the shower then chose her cloths she looked at them a bit then decided on a red dress with a black belt .

Ivy brushed her hair then braided two pieces back like a hair crown and left the rest down she looked in her full body mirror and almost laughed she looked like one of those kids from the cloths commercials. She was glad she wasnt doing any chores today because she had to work on getting her and her brothers last name changed.

She looked at the time them went downstairs as her mum would just be waking up to start on breakfast.

Her mum looked a bit surprised to see Ivy before remembering what was supposed to be started today.

"So I'm guessing you chose today to change yours and your brothers last name to forest " mum asked

"Of course better now then later" Ivy responded setting the table as her mum finished breakfast

"So I talked with your dad last night and how about having everyone's last names changed to forest so everyone knows you are all related " her mum asks

"Really you mean that" ivy asks hope shining in her eyes

"Yep really " her mum said still kinda sad that Ivy had a hard time bedeviling things told to her after her toxic friend left

"I'm going to go wake them up" ivy said already going upstairs not waiting for a reply.
She woke rose up first and sent her to the shower while Ivy set her clothes out.

Ivy woke her brother and Dudley too and told them rose was in the bathroom.

Ivy then went back to Rose's room to help rose with her hair. By the time they were done they all went down for breakfast.

Their dad came down sometime after they started eating they knew his lack of talking meant something

"Kids tonight we have important clients coming be sure to be on your best behavior and while you are at it wear something nice" he said with rare seriousness.

"Yes dad" they responded and continued breakfast. Everyone finished and went their own way not before Ivy pulled her brother aside "could you fix the garden for me I have to start of changing our last name with gringotts" she asked
he nodded and went out to do that.

Ivy then went into the extra room that was in her closet she though that she would never use even though it is set up as an office then she came with a problem she had to be careful with hera as she is a real red owl , with that in mind  Ivy set out to write her letter.

      Dear King Ragnok, 
I am writing to you to ask a favor. As you should know me and my brother are potters and we wish to change that. As school is starting up soon we don't want people finding out we are potters.  I have already spoke with my brother about it and we have chosen to change our last name from Potter to Forest if it is possible. Our chosen parents have talked about it as well and we are hoping to have everyone in our houses last names changed into Forest .
