"That's...incredible..." Ukita said amazed.

"So.. You're saying that he'll think that there's 1500 of us, but in reality there's only seven. And he won't be able to kill anybody because they won't exist." My eyes widened slightly but returned back to normal. Aizawa does have a brain after all.

"That might actually work!" Ukita exclaimed. It could...I agree but what if this 'Kira' was someone within the police...What am I doing? I shouldn't meddle in the affairs of humans. But this situation seems to be linked with the large amounts of dead...

L looked back down. "If that's the case, let me tell you some of my thoughts regarding this case." The other men nodded. L continued,"Kira is a loner." He begun to bite his thumb. Isn't that an insult? Maybe in another era...

"Somehow, they managed to get information from the previous headquarters." L looked to his right as if thinking. I zoned out. I think I've heard enough to form a conclusion. Someone, most likely this 'Kira' human, is using a Death Note. Of course that was told to me by the informants, but I had to confirm it. I glanced at the human 'Ryuuzaki'. Should I contract him? He seems necessary to the human world. I lazily turned my gaze to the number above his head. Looks like he'll need it.

I returned to toying with the electronical devices, pushing buttons and moving them while the owners talked. After a while, the men were exiting the room with their 'phones'. Ryuuzaki sat there on his chair, still in deep thought. I smirked mentally. I hope this is fun.

I made myself visible and walked over to the large, oddly shaped, porcelain container and gripped it's handle. I poured whatever was in it into another glass. Ryuuzaki blinked a couple times but didn't look towards my direction.

"Watari, give me all the securi--" he turned and finally saw me, seated on the table, drinking 'tea', as I found out. He drank from his own cup. "Why are you on my table?" I slowly blew onto my tea, my glance not straying away. Strange little human I've found here. I hopped off the table and seated myself onto the ground. We shared a few moments silence before I cocked my head. "Aren't you going to ask?"

"Ask what?" Ryuuzaki said boringly.

"Who I am. You know, any other human would've done that by now." I placed my cup down on the table and started to write in an ancient language. The runes slowly singed the carpet below but Ryuuzaki took no notice as he took a sip of his own tea.
