My name is Ellie. I am a 16 year old who struggles with depression. Everything changes as I meet the apparition,who's soon to become the person I will always love. This is my story.

I was just getting ready to go to school when I heard something. I just dismissed it as my mom who was preparing a lunch for me. She never really understood me. She thinks I'm no good. I pretend it's normal anyway.

Sometimes I feel like there is something or someone else always looking out for me. It's kind of a good feeling though. I've never had that before. Everybody is always so hateful to me so I don't have any friends that truly care. My friends just use me. Im solo, meaning I don't have any real friends.

   I have siblings but most of them live a few hours away. Being away from them gives me anxiety but I just deal with it. There's nothing else I can do. Nobody can do anything about it.

   Now Im off to school on the bus. Another stressful day of school. I usually am a straight-A student but I skip class every now and then. Today was just like any other day. My friends asking for money that I couldn't afford, and the teachers telling me I'm not good enough. At the end of the day I pack my bag and head home. I decided to walk today.

   Back at my house I take off my bag and prepare for more cleaning and babysitting. Its like some cinderella story only with my birth mom. It sucks. I don't understand why my life has to be so dull. I wish the world was perfect. Karma will always be watching anyhow.

"Hey Ellie, go clean the toilet!" I hear from the room next door. Great my moms making me clean one of the worst things in the house, the toilet.
