"Huy! Kilala mo pa ko?"
Sinara ko ang folder na binabasa ko at masamang tinignan si Ara. Panay bisita naman to sakin, hindi naman nangangamusta. Nakikichismis lang sa mga staffs ko pati narin sakin.
"Hindi porket may assistant ka na responsable ay magliliwaliw ka na. Tama ba, Ms. Ceo?" I said in sarcasm and she laughed.
"Gusto ko lang malaman kung ayos ka na ba." she explained. "Hindi ka kasi nagpaparamdam kung hindi ka pa kakausapin. Chix ka ba?"
"I'm fine. I'm busy so I can't hang out with you guys." I sighed, returning to the papers I was reading.
It's been months since we hang out together. After graduating college, almost all of us started managing our family's company. Sobrang busy na naging normal na samin ang hindi magcommunicate kung walang collaboration sa items.
Malungkot din ako na hindi na kami nagkakasamang magkakaibigan but it also helped me. The work kept me away from thinking hurtful thoughts.
A break up that I'm still unable to forget.
I wonder how he's doing now.
I hope he reached his goals.
I hope he's successful.
After all, that's the reason he broke up with me.
