This is where it all started...
It was December 13, 2013. I can remember meeting him like it was yesterday. It was a typical day for me. I had just got out of school and I had nothing to do all day. Days like this I would spend on my phone usually on random chatting apps. I know they say talking to strangers is so bad but I found it fun. It was nice getting to escape the same lame people you've grown up with since elementary school.
A couple months before December, I had met another guy on Omegle. His name was Erick. He was so sweet and nice. I had really fallen for him. The thing that really sucked is he lived in Texas and I lived in California. I knew at 13 I would never be able to actually meet him, but I still gave in. I would talk to him day and night. Constantly texting and talking on the phone. Then all of a sudden he started to act differently. I was confused, I didn't know what was really happening. I kept trying to call him and there would be days I would cry my eyes out and beg him to talk to me, yet he wouldn't. Then he would start talking to me again. There was this one specific night I clearly remember before everything ended with him. He called me and we talked all night. Then, out of nowhere, he asked me to be his girlfriend. I took a very long time to respond before I told him I didn't think it was a great idea. He agreed and hung up on me. Just a couple days later he calls me and tells me we had to stop talking. I didn't get any time to respond before he hung up. And that was the end with him. Oh I later ended up finding out he had a girlfriend the entire time, but we are actually pretty good friends now.
Back to the guy I met on December 13. I was on this chatting app, Chatous. I was at the point where I was going to give up on the damn app and delete it. That's when you messaged me. It was a simple hello but from that day I knew it was only the beginning of our journey.
On that day we talked about everything we possibly could. I don't know why I got so attached to you, especially after all the nonsense with the other guy. It was like this for a really long time. We would text day and night. When you wouldn't text me back fast enough I'd get so sad. I got so addicted to you and talking to you. I couldn't stop.
