Chapter 2 - The big bully

I was sure to put on my alarm this time. I woke up really early, took my bubble bath and brushed my teeth.

I wore my high-low dress and my leather boots. I put on my makeup and wore my pearl jewellery my dad bought me.

I went down in the kitchen seeing my dad busily flipping pancakes.

I shoved a pancake from the platter into my mouth and drank some Orange juice. Orange juice was my favourite.

"Morning cupcake." Dad said winking. "You are early this morning...think you van flip pancakes like daddy can?"

"Yes I am dad, my alarm woke me up...and ohh noo youre the best." I replied taking the keys from him.

"Hey come on," he said " I don't wanna die so soon."

"Well then let's go" I said taking my lunchbox on the counter.

I arrived black mount heights - my school at 7:59, quite early huh?

The school bully was ready to get me on my nerves.

He slammed me on the lockers as I was walking the halls not wanting to be teased this early morning I tried to defend myself but he was swift, strong and savage. He through me to the ground resulting in a knee injury having me to fortunately run for my life and into the Janitors' room I went.

Usually I wasn't quite bothered with the verbal bullying, but the physical bullying was another issue. I cried my guts off, letting the hurt all out and I was finally relieved from the pain.

I had missed my first period of Spanish with Ms Landers since she was hardly ever present. The janitor, Ms Piane came in and asked me what was wrong.

I ran out of the room and into the hall where I saw Haley going to her second period class. I wiped my tears and pretended nothing had happened.

"Hey Abigail, Ms Landers came to school today" she said wrapping her hands around my neck.

"Oh shit" I yelled moving her hand around my neck, "I have to go now, talk to you later"

I ran into the Spanish class which was my second period class since I had a double period with Ms Landers.

"Abigail why were you not at first period class?" she asked.

"I had an emergency, you know girly stuff," I whispered meaning to say that I had gotten my period. I lied because I hadn't gotten that as yet and I am 14 years now.

"It's okay"she said feeling worried. "Please have a sit."

"Everyone we are continuing, please settle down."

I turned to page 24 where everyone was doing an exercise on the subjunctive tense. The school bully was back at me sending scrap paper at me and at the teacher saying it was me. I was sent to Mr. Mc Clane the school principal because I couldn't defend myself, at least not with that big mouth of the bully.

I was given two days suspension and I used that time to study really hard for my final exams. After all my dad promised that I'd go to camp lakeview if I passed all my subjects.
