Yes I know it's weird how I picked a mlp movie song but, It's for the chapter.
You were being tied to the wall by some shadowy figures of your friends. Dan evilly chuckles " Good job minions. You have pleased your master." You noticed a noticed a shadow right besides him. It yelled at the shadows " Now go!." The figures salted him and ran away, You grunted " Why are you doing this? I thought we were getting along." Dan grabs you by the throat " You mindless chicken, Me and Thorns have been waiting to take your soul." His eyes turned black " Just like how I killed my brother's family." You were breathing heavily and Thorns evilly laughs. Dan punches him in the stomach and said " Save it for later. We have work to do."
Dan turns his back on you: " It's time you learned a lesson."
He took a few steps forward: " It's time that you understand."
Dan looks over to you: " Don't ever count on anybody else. In this or any other land."
He looks at Thorns: " I once hoped for friendship."
Dan felt tears coming: " To find a place among my kind."
He wipes his tears away: " But those were the childish wishes."
Dan sang: " Of someone who was blind."
He turned around: " Open up your eyes."
Dan walks past Thorns: " See the world from where I stand."
He looks at you in anger: Me, among the mighty."
Dan's hands turned into a fist: "You, caged at my command."
He walks towards you: " Open up your eyes."
Dan bends down to your height: " Give up your sweet fantasy land."
He turns to Thorns who was smiling then, to you: " It's time to grow up and get wise."
Dan lifts up your head to look at him: "Come now, little one, open up your eyes."
We all start out the same
With simple naïve trust
A long time ago, The hotel was filled with happiness. When Dan was just a boy, He and Harold were just brothers living in the hotel. They cared about each other more than anything.
Shielded from the many ways
That life's not fair or just
Until Dan and Harold met Martha. Dan didn't like her at all. Harold was starting to like Martha.
But then there comes a moment
A simple truth that you must face
If you depend on others
You'll never find your place
Dan and Harold started to be more and more apart. Harold was spending more time on Martha. Dan felt himself being remove from his life. The Hotel was now a place of depression.
[instrumental]
As Dan got older, Dan watched as his brother got married and had a daughter. Harold moved away from the Hotel with his family. Dan felt so depressed about his brother leaving him. A year later, Harold came back with his family for a party. Dan was in the basement doing some paperwork.
And as you take that first step
Upon a path that's all your own
Dan felt the pain in his chest grew stronger. He covered his head and cried.
You see it all so clearly
The best way to survive is all alone!
Dan lifted his head and anger took over. Dan pulled a gun from his drawer, He ran to the dinning room and killed everyone.
Dan got up: " Open up your eyes."
He looks at you one last time: " See the world from where I stand."
Dan turns around and walks towards Thorns: " Me, among the mighty. You, caged at my command."
Thorns disappears and Dan turns to you: " Open up your eyes."
He smirks as the room was filling with smoke: " And behold, the faded light."
Dan's eyes turned red: " It's time to grow up and get wise."
He looks down and you saw him floating into the air ." Come now, little one, open up your eyes."
Dan suddenly grew huge wings and had horns on his head: " Open up your eyes!."
