Sleep over

I walked Kay to class and then I went to my AP Calculus class. That entire time I was thinking about her and I never think about anyone. So I made up a little excuse to get to know her better.

Classes was over and not going to lie I was not paying attention to anything that was said in that class.

"I walked back to go pick up Kay to walk with her to her next class. "So Kay, since your new and everything do you want to maybe come over to my house after school maybe spend the night. I mean if you don't have anything to do?"

She smiled and looked at me. "I would love to come over actually. Just send me your address." She grabbed my arm and wrote her number on it. "I'll be expecting your text soon"

She walked away from me and then I didn't see her for the rest of the day.

I drove home trying to get everything right right because for some reason being with her is just different. I ordered some food that she might like rented like 3 movies and put the fire place on.

I texted her my address and in like 30 minutes she was at my door.

She had on this short sun dress which actually looked nice on her. Not everyone looks nice in a sun dress.

I welcomed her in and offered her drinks.

"Denae, chill have fun, don't be so up tight"

"You right I'm sorry  but would you like anything else? "

"No I'm good "

We sat on the couch and started watching some scary movies. I was actually in the movie then I felt her looking at me so I looked back at her. "I know this isn't my place to say this but I actually like you."

I smiled and said, "I like you too. "

"Then why are we watching the movie and not watching each other?"

"Well because I want to be respectful and not be my normal self."

"Maybe I might like you being a bit more normal"

She got up and pushed me back to sit on my lap. "I want you to be comfortable around me. Don't sugar code nothing. Now she me how you really feel."
