It's been decades since Victor ever left his island, the world has become dull, humans have changed and it's no longer fun to watch and interfere in their lives. Confining himself to his castle, Victor has resigned himself to overseeing the vast island and those annoying vampires that inhabits the island, while living alone in his ancient castle.Decades had gone by since anyone last stepped foot in his castle, it had been that arrogant vampire from the Royal clan, Prince Eli De Crucius, merely a few decades old and thought he had every right. If he hadn't been a Royal he would have gladly plunged a stake in his dead heart, not that it would have killed the Prince, but he would have been satisfied watching him writhe in pain.
Well, he had been sure to express his distaste and make it known he would rather not be disturbed, and that has earned him two decades of peace. Maybe it was time to leave his castle, it was starting to get a little too quite. There was the problem of what to do and where to go,
"Those puny humans have multiplied and littered every space on Earth" he mumbled.
Best to stay in his castle and look after his erratic race, and a boring job it is, not that they listen to him. Vampires are by nature independent and don't like to be controlled nor ruled.
Vampires's island, called Devil Port is in the middle of nowhere, cast and connected to others lands, it is well hidden away from the humans. Humans have always been threatened by the vampires and even tho millennials ago, vampires had helped in the destruction of vicious monsters whom threatened the world, the humans has always looked for ways to kill off every vampire on Earth. This has driven vampires to near extinction, living in Devil's Port hidden away from human eyes.
Of course some humans lived amongst the vampires, they were taken to serve as food. Since humans breed so easily and quickly, the vampires ensured that they didn't exceed a certain number for fear of them revolting and running away, alerting the other humans if their presence.Victor was back to musing looking out his castle window on the third floor, his race are immortal and strong, and yet are hiding from those mere human mortals from fear if extinction. What a ridiculous thing, the vampire laws forbids stirring trouble in the human world and diverting attention to vampires existence, of course there have been tyrant vampires who went on killing sprees and focusing attention on themselves, but the Royals had dealt with them, and using their influence on the human government had made it seem like wild animals attack.
"Not that i am dying to kill some puny humans" Victor mumbled to himself again, but he really needed to leave his castle.
This decided, he checked on the state of things and set out on a journey, he would know his destination when he gets there.
