Chapter 4

~Scarlett POV~

"So, how'd it go?" Suzy questioned me, bubbling with joy!

It was sad that I'd have to rain on her parade.

"Oh, that, I fixed up a date!"

Oh no. Damn it! What had I said?She started doing a happy dance. I would usually hiss at her to stop, but I didn't want her to hate me any more than she probably already would when she'd find out during...Chemistry!

Just my luck that Chemistry was the next lesson!

~Suzy's POV~

We walked side-by-side to the lab, which was slightly awkward since I usually walked alone and Scarlett would walk with her Popular Gang. But it was satisfying, or was it the fact that I would be going on a date with Tony that night?

I squealed with joy while Scarlett maintained a straight face, a tinge of disappointment in her expression. I wondered what was behind that depression...she had made my day! What was wrong with that?

Anyway, I made my way into the Chemistry lab and took my seat beside Tony who entered as soon as I sat down. He winked at Scarlett and sat down next to me, barely noticing me.

I was completely puzzled! Why did he wink at Scarlett, shouldn't he wink at me? I was the one going on a date with him, wasn't I?

"So, did Scarlett tell you 'bout our date?" Tony whispered to me when the teacher's back was facing us.

I immediately heaved a sigh of relief, at least he remembered about our date!

"Yeah, she mentioned, I'm pretty excited!" I replied, giggling.

He raised his eyebrows as he replied, "Wow, you seem pretty excited for your sister."

Once again, I was puzzled.

"What do you mean?"

"Your sister's and my date. You're pretty happy for your sister," he answered.

At that moment, my blood froze to ice. I was going to kill her.
