Bronny's POV
I'm all over the school looking for Ruth trying to explain everything then I realized that she was at the gym so I went ASAP. I saw her face red walking out the door with her gym bags. "RUTH! I promise I can explain everything. I swear I-" Ruth cut me off. "I don't really care what you have to say anymore. YOU'VE DONE ENOUGH BRONNY. I'M OFF THE TEAM CAUSE YOUR JACKASS PETTY GIRLFRIEND. So yeah, I hope your happy. If this is what you wanted." She walked away and I choked, I didn't have any words to say all I did was reach my hand out hoping she would turn around.
But she didn't. walked out the door she did. My gut sunk I felt so bad.
Ruth's POV
I'm so pissed rn. I was supposed to go to Bronny's house and yeah we are NOT doing that. I called Reni...
"Hello?"
I filled on Serenity on everything that happened including the situation that occurred in the hallway.
"WOW. She really kicked you off the team? Suck a jerk man.. it's ok and on the bright side you can play for my friend's team called 'LA's Finest' you'll fit right on our team! And I don't really think you should be mad at Bronny honestly.. All he did was try to help and it got out of control and his girlfriend or as I should say his ex got mad. Idk what your gonna do but.. you can't come over cause my mom's home from work and forcing me to do chores so I can't really do anything for you girl...🤷🏽"
"Wait what? Your on Bronny's side you think he's right.. so your saying he's done nothing WRONG?!?"
"Not really on any side girl, you know I got you but face reality. Madison let jealously take over her and this is were you ended up now. I've gotta go girl but stay safe I know you'll figure this out!!!"
*hangs up*
I couldn't go home Jean Pierre would be mad and can't go to Serenity's anymore.. I sighed. She was right, this wasn't Bronny's fault and I know I was overacted. I ordered an uber.
I pull up to the James family door and knocked.
