    The lady was reading a book. She closed her book and placed it beside her. She saw Avneil were sleeping and  Avni's head was on Neil's lap. She smiled looking at them.

Lady in mind - kitne pyare hain dono...par yeh dono akele kese.... inke parivar bale kahan gaye....

   She came out of her thoughts when she saw Avni was shivering. She touched Avni's forehead. Avni's body was burning in high fever.

Lady - isse toh bahut jez bukhar hai....
Avni.... Avni beta utho...

   Avni didn't wake up but Neil's sleep get disturbed and he opened his eyes

Neil - kya hua aunty....aap Avni ko kyun utha rehe ho.....

Lady - Neil Avni ko bukhar ho gaya hai

Neil - kya....

  Neil touched Avni's forehead and he started panicking

Neil - Avu....Avu....uth na kya ho gaya tujhe....( Neil's eyes become moist )

Lady - beta tum chinta mat karo hum bas pahanchne wale hain......Avni ko doctor ko dikha denge toh wo thik ho jayegi....tum apne uncle ko call karke bol do taki wo station aajaye jaldi...  yeh lo....( She said giving her mobile )

Neil in mind - ab kya karu main toh kisiko nehi janta aur maine aunty ko jhoot bola tha ki hum mere uncle ke ghar ja rehe hai

The lady Shaked his arm and said

Lady - kya hua number nehi malum kya

Neil in mind - such bol de Neil....ab yehi teri madad kar karti hain

Neil - wo aunty maine aapse jhoot bola tha humar hoi nehi hai hum ek NGO se bhag aaye hain ( he said looking down )

Lady was shocked

Lady - kya...dum dono ase kese bhag aaye wahan se

Neil explained her everything including how Vidyut kills their parents.

Lady - koi paiso ke lia inta kese gir sakta hai ki kisiki Jan lele.....usse uski saza mil kar hi rahegi ( she said in anger ) ....par tum dono ko NGO se nehi bhabga chahiye tha agar kuch hojata toh ( she said in concern )

Neil - par hum ek dusre ke bina nehi reh sakte... isiliye hum wahan se bhag aaye

Lady - achha wo sab chhodo abhi Avni ki health sabse important hai .....hume station pahanchte hi use hospital le Jana padega ( Neil nods )

    Neil was caressing her hairs and praying for her.

    They reached railway station and then take Avni to hospital. She was still unconscious

In hospital

    Doctor checked Avni and said it was viral fever. Doctor prescribed some medicines and said she will gain her consious after sometime.

  Avni was laying on a bed and Neil sitting beside her on a stool.

Lady - Neil main medicine leke aati hun tum yehin rehena Han

Neil get up from the stool and opened their bag. He take out all their money and give it tha lady.

Neil - aunty abhi mere pass intne hi paise hain par main apko badme de dunga....par please abhi jo bhi medicine chahiye wo le aaiye ( he plead to her )

Lady - beta yeh paise apne pass hi rakho.....main sare medicines le aaungi.....
