It was THE DAY , when you had to choose between your past and your present . Life always tend to put us in the middle of choices . All it takes is that one choice , which then governs your life.
You weren't clear whom to choose , there was this fight going on inside your brain . A fight that only you could stop. A fight that you can give a conclusion to. And finally gathered the guts to face two grown up young men , who loved you .
Life had changed so much for you . There was a time you yearned for true love and now you have choices . But you have made your mind . And you are certain that no force can change the constructive decision which you were about to take .
You didn't dressed up , just a t-shirt and jeans with your hair tied into a pony tail.
"Mom, iam going outside , I'll be coming late "
"Wherever your going , try to come soon , orelse your dad will be worried "
"Sure , mom , bye cya"
The park was 6 to 7 minutes walk . While heading towards the park , you werent able to comprehend the situation that might be there , between those two boys. But you didn't worry much because they were friends , good friends .
You entered the park , only to see both the boys sitting apart from each other absorbed in their phone. You went and stood infront of them . Still they didn't notice you . Why do they even need a girlfriend when they have their partners right in their hand.
"Guys , if you have finished roaming inside your phone ,then could you please pay attention to somebody because of whom you both are sitting here".
" Y/N , you are already here , why didn't you call me , I could have come and picked you up " , jimin stood up from the bench and came near you.
"Hello my baby , you look so cute, come give your Tae a hug ", Taehyung tried to hug you but you avoided.
" Jimin , don't you know that you cannot just go and pick her up , her parents are strict. You don't even know this much about her how will you be a boyfriend "
"Taehyung , you know it too but you still roamed infront of my house making my parents all suspicious , so shut up and moreover I haven't told Jimin everything regarding my life " .
" Y/N , let me then , let me know you more " jimin said with a smile.
" She isn't interested in knowing you Jimin , so please leave , don't try to persuade her infront of me " .
"Taehyung don't speak on behalf of her , and I won't leave unless Y/N says me to" jimin shouted.
"Guys stop it , nobody is leaving anywhere, you guys called me for a reason , I need to make final the decision" .
Taehyung had a smile on his face and jimin had a forced smile on his face . It was like they knew regarding your answer , Taehyung and jimin confident enough that you will choose Taehyung , your first love . First love is special remember.
You went and held Taehyung's hands , Taehyung couldn't stop his boxy smile . He was getting happy that you will choose him. Jimin still had that forced smile , it would break his heart if you choosed Taehyung but he would still be happy because you were happy. And That's what real love is.
But........
"Taehyung , you are a nice boy , a good boy , and I really loved you back then , but my feelings had been dead since i walked out of that park , and it's never coming back . If You have really changed as you said , then any girl would be lucky to have you Tae , but iam sorry it's not going to work out between us anymore , I hope you will forgive me ".
It was indeed clear for Taehyung , that he had lost it , he can never win over Y/N , now his happiness as well lied in her happiness.
"Don't ask for forgiveness Y/N , your presence in my life has made me a better person , I want your happiness , that's all ".
With that you gave him a tight hug . He went to jimin who was on the verge of crying thinking that you would choose Taehyung over him.
"JIMINIE my brother , take care of her, she deserves you Jimin" .
"I will Taehyung "
Taehyung hugged jimin and exited the park , leaving you both alone.
