"Come in," Yoongi says as he unlocks the door to his house.

As Hoseok steps into Yoongi's house, still full of empty bottles of alcohol and buds of cigarettes, he looks around for a quick minute. 

"So, you live alone I assume?" Hoseok questions as Yoongi nods as he heads towards the kitchen, placing his keys on the counter.

"Do you want anything to eat or drink?" Yoongi asks as he opens his fridge.

"No, I think I'm fine," Hoseok replies as he steps into the living room, picking up a few of the glass bottles.

Yoongi then closes the door to the fridge and looks towards Hoseok's direction. "Oh, you don't have to pick them up, I'll clean them later."

Hoseok then sighs. "So you expect me, your guest, to sit in this mess?"

Yoongi snorts at Hoseok's remark. "Well, do you want your guest to clean during their stay?"

"And that's why we clean together," Hoseok grins as Yoongi groans in response.

"See! Look how clean your living room is now!" Hoseok smiles at Yoongi as Yoongi slumps down onto the couch, looking at the three trash bags on his coffee table.

"I don't want to move for another 3 days now...," Hoseok rolls his eyes as Yoongi closes his eyes.

Yoongi's eyes then suddenly open. "Oh yeah before I forget, do you want to take a shower? I can get you some clothes if you want."

"No, I'm really fine! You don't need to get me anything since I'm going to leave right after-,"

"Hoseok isn't your sister back in the country? Doesn't that mean she's going to be at your house when you get there?" Yoongi asks, sitting up from the couch.

"I mean, yeah but-,"

"So, you would think I would let you go back to your house, knowing that you will get hurt more?"

Yoongi then suddenly stood up and started walking towards Hoseok. Hoseok in response then began to walk backward. As he did, Yoongi took another step further. They kept going til Hoseok's back touched the walls of the living room, which allowed Yoongi to close the space between him and Hoseok.

Yoongi then places his left arm right next to Hoseok's head and leans closer towards Hoseok's face. Since Hoseok was only a few centimeters taller thank Yoongi, their positions were a bit awkward.

Yoongi then stares right into Hoseok's dark eyes. Hoseok then sheepishly looks away, unsure of where to look.

"Oh? Where are you looking?" Yoongi says in a deep voice.

Hoseok's face suddenly then turns red. "N-No where!"

"Then look me in my eyes...~" Yoongi leans towards Hoseok's ear, "Unless, that is if you want me to force you to look~.

Hoseok then suddenly shifts his eyes towards Yoongi as Yoongi moves his head back. Yoongi then suddenly starts to laugh, as Hoseok looks confused.

"Sorry for scaring you," Yoongi says as he pats Hoseok's head.

"D-Don't treat me like I'm some kid!" Hoseok pouts as Yoongi chuckles.

"I am the older one so that technically gives me the right to treat you like one."

"Yeah, you're a year older but that still doesn't give you a right!"

Yoongi then removes his hand from the wall and Hoseok's head. For a quick moment, Yoongi could've seen a sadden look on Hoseok's face, but he brushed it off as he sat back down on the couch.

"Oh wait, I have been meaning to ask," Hoseok says in a calm tone as he sat down next to Yoongi. 

"Hm? What's up?" Yoongi asks.

Yoongi then notices Hoseok playing with his fingers. He then puts a hand on the younger's shoulder.

"Whatever it is, you can tell me," Yoongi reassures Hoseok as he takes a deep breath.

"Well, I've been wondering since we left the park but," Hoseok stops mid-sentence before speaking. "How did you know I was in that park?"

 Yoongi then suddenly starts to laugh. "God, you scared me! I thought you were going to bring up some sad shit about your relationship with your siblings or something again."

"What do you mean... Again?" Hoseok asks as Yoongi's eyes suddenly grew wide.

"Oh, shit. I almost forgot. Before I arrived, I went to Taehyung's house and he told me some information. On his behalf, he said that he's sorry."

Hoseok then buries his face in his hands. "How much did he tell you?" 

"Not much, just your relationship with your siblings and how-" Yoongi then stopped himself before bringing up something that might upset Hoseok.

"Really?!" Hoseok's head instantly shot up. "I'm so sorry that I didn't tell you sooner! I mean, I was going to tell you the day at the hospital but I started getting emotional and-"

"Woah, Woah. Calm down. It's fine, I understand that you would get emotional when talking about your past, I mean I was as well."

Hoseok sighs in relief. "Oh yeah, there was one more thing I wanted to ask you."

"Yeah, what is it?"

"Why-," Hoseok stops mid-sentence again. He takes a deep breath and opens his mouth. 

"Why, why do you care about me so much?"

"What do you mean?" Yoongi asks, confused.

"I mean, a normal person wouldn't spend their time worrying about, especially when I suddenly left without saying a word," Hoseok then looks Yoongi in the eyes. "Can you answer me honestly?"

Yoongi sighs, unsure if he should lie, as he had done with Taehyung.

'I'm tired of lying,' Yoongi says to himself before opening his mouth again.

The room was quiet for a while. All that could be heard were the cold breezes of the wind from the outside, and the cars that passed by. Yoongi then finally breaks the silence, revealing his real motive, the REAL reason why he had to go through such lengths of finding Hoseok.

"I love you."
