Chapter 44

Hoseok looked down at Jimin whom was laying on his hotel bed. "Baby, you should go be with your mom.... I'll just go with Taehyung and hyung." Hoseok said. Jimin looked up at him and sighed. "I don't want to be apart from you." Jimin whispered. Hoseok smiled and put his dress shirt and suit jacket back in the closet and climbed onto the bed. He laid down on his stomach behind Jimin and looked down at him. "I know baby, but I'll be with you soon..." Hoseok whispered before he started to run his fingers through Jimin's hair.

Jimin closed his eyes and sighed softly. "I just want to stay here with you, naked and entangled in each other's limbs." Jimin said gently. Hoseok smiled and kissed his forehead before he whispered against it. "We can do that tonight..." Jimin sighed and closed his eyes as Hoseok kissed his forehead again. "Ughh... I want to do it now before all the crying..." Jimin said.

Hoseok kissed his nose before he kissed Jimin's top lip. Jimin placed his hand on Hoseok's neck and kissed the elder deeply. Hoseok blushed and moved his lips in rhythm with Jimin's before the younger slowly sat up, their lips only parting for a moment before Jimin turned and scooted closer.

Jimin gently pulled the elder onto his lap and held his face as he slid his tongue slowly against Hoseok's bottom lip before he pressed it against Hoseok's. The elder moaned into Jimin's mouth and wrapped an arm around Jimin's neck while his other hand came up and played with the back of his hair. Jimin slowly felt Hoseok's sides up before he slowly pulled away and began to kiss on the elder's neck.

Hoseok moaned out softly before he gently pushed the younger away. "I need to finish getting ready." Hoseok said breathlessly. Jimin pouted. "But baby-" Hoseok kissed him quickly. "No... I'll see you in a couple minutes. Go be with your mother and brother." Hoseok whispered as he gently caressed Jimin's cheek. Jimin sighed and nodded before he gently grabbed Hoseok's face and kissed him passionately. "I love you." Jimin whispered after he had slowly pulled away. Hoseok blushed as he looked into Jimin's eyes. "I love you too, Jiminie." Hoseok whispered back before he got up and walked back over to the closet and pulled his shirt out.

Jimin got up and walked up behind Hoseok and kissed his cheek a couple time before he kissed on his shoulder. "Go, Jiminie." Hoseok said softly. Jimin sighed out. "I'll see you in a bit." Jimin said before he left the hotel bedroom. Hoseok sighed softly before he buttoned up his shirt and pulled his suit jacket on. "I LOVE YOU!" Jimin shouted, startling the elder a bit. Hoseok chuckled and shook his head. "I LOVE YOU TOO! LEAVE NOW!" Hoseok kept quiet as he listened for the door. He smiled as he heard it click shut.

Jimin sighed out as he leaned against Hoseok's hotel door. He looked down the hallway and watched as Yoongi and Taehyung walked his way with Taehyung pestering Yoongi about his tie. "Let me straighten it!" Taehyung said with a pout. "No! Babe, if you don't stop, I'll rip it off." Yoongi grumbled as he and Taehyung approached Jimin. "Jiminie! What are you doing here?" Yoongi asked before he sighed as Taehyung fixed his tie. "I don't want to leave him..." Jimin said.

Yoongi gently patted his shoulder. "I understand, but you have to go, Jimin. We'll bring him to you. He'll be next to you once the service starts. I promise." Yoongi said. Taehyung smiled as he stood back and admired his husband's suit. "Better." Taehyung looked over at Jimin and hugged him tightly. "I'm so sorry, hyung!" Jimin smiled and patted the younger's back. "Thanks Tae." Taehyung stepped back and stood next to Yoongi as they looked at Jimin.

Jimin pulled a tissue out of his jacket and handed it to the younger. Taehyung cried more and wiped his eyes before he walked into Hoseok's room. Jimin sighed softly as he looked at the door. Yoongi looked at Jimin before he suddenly hugged him. Jimin smiled a bit as he hugged Yoongi back. They pulled away from each other after a couple minutes. Jimin smiled and nodded at him, with the elder nodding back and patting his arm. Jimin patted Yoongi's arm once then giving it a small before he left. Yoongi sighed softly and walked into Hoseok's hotel room.

Jimin walked into the funeral parlor and spotted his mother, brother, and both sets of grandparents. Jimin smiled a bit as he greeted them. Jihyun stood off to the side and watched the elders as they spoke. Jimin walked over to him after he was done speaking to the elders. "It doesn't feel like he's gone. Feels like he's just gonna come around the corner, you know?" Jihyun said quietly. Jimin hummed softly and nodded as he watched his mother as she tried to keep herself composed.

Jihyun watched her as well and started to blink to keep his tears away. "Could you imagine being in mum's place? But not having anyone else around? Losing your best friend... your soulmate... but by yourself? Like what if we weren't here for her?" Jihyun looked up at his older brother. "You don't have to worry about that Jimin, mom will totally get Hoseok to talk you into having kids." Jimin chuckled and nodded. "Yep! Dad would of helped her coherence him..." Jimin and Jihyun both had melancholy smiles on their faces as it grew silent between them.

Jimin sighed softly before he looked over at his brother as he wiped away a couple tears. Jimin pulled him close and rubbed his back and shoulders. Their mother walked over and smiled at them. "My boys." She said as she embraced them both. Jimin teared up as he held Jihyun as he cried out. The funeral director came out and told them that it was okay if they saw Jimin's father. Jimin watched as his mother helped Jihyun into the room.

Jimin took a deep breath and was about to follow them, but ended up turning his head to watch as two pairs of hands shoved Hoseok inside. Jimin smiled a bit and watched as the elder looked around before locking his eyes with Jimin. The elder blushed as they stared at each other. Jimin smiled brightly with the elder returning it. And Jimin knew, although today was one of the worst days of his life, he knew he'd be okay. Because he'd have Hoseok by his side forever and always.
