RIley's POV
my...it felt like it was spinning...lights...sirens....
i wake up out of sudden straightening myself. i was sittting on a stretcher, several medical equipment attached to me. i look around. 'a hospital' i thought to myself. several other pokemon were around me, mostly doctors. obviously none of my relatives...
...but i did spot that braixen. i turn to face her, but my neck aches with a burning pain. i cough heavily, forcing myself to lie down, this somehow catches her attention. she approached me, mixed emotions on her face. "are you crazy?!" she asked, a hint of anger in her voice. "why would you try to kill yourself?!" she asked once more
oh yeah, right. i tried to kill myself
"i wasnt thinking straight" i simply reply, pain ached in my voice, this made her worried. "uhm...g-go rest...i'll just be...there..." she replied, slowly walking away and sitting on a nearby chair, reading a book.
Lily's POV
i take a deep breath. he needs to explain himself once he's out of this place...i took the time to actually call for the medics and even came with him when he was being delivered to the hospital...but i do feel sympathy for him, depression isnt something you can just toy around after all. i lean back on my chair and continue to read the book. it was something about helping people with depression, i dont know why i was reading such a book, maybe because of him...
...i shake the thoughts off my head and resumed to reading, soon enough the doctor came inside, it was an ampharos. "riley has to stay in here for a while until he has recovered, but the problem is we dont have anyone to check on him..." the doctor said, slightly uneased. i suddenly felt this urge to be with him...
...and of course i let it out. "i'll...i'll stay with him, or at least, as long as i can get. i think our teacher will understand this..." i suggest. riley gives e a surprised look, but happy nonetheless. the doctor nods. "alright, if you say so. i'll head off now, i still have to talk to his therapist" the doctor said before leaving
