"You seem so happy" my mom beamed at me and I nodded.
"I am, David makes me really happy."
"I know, I always knew." His mom nodded knowingly.
I rolled my eyes and looked down at my coffee cup.
"You guys are gonna get married, and give me grand babies!" My mom squealed and smiled brightly at me.
"So many grand babies!" David's mom clapped.
"Slow Down now, who said anything about babies." I held my hands up
"Let me marry her before i get her pregnant mom." David walked in and wrapped his arms around his mom and kissed her cheek.
She rolled her eyes, "better get to it."
Me and David both looked at each other as our mothers burst out laughing.
