Chapter 4 : The Mystery from the Past

Brianna's POV

I dreamt about something. 2 kids, 1 boy and 1 girl.......playing hide and seek....the two kids were having fun and they go to some kind of...a basement? a secret room? Inside the cabinet from our house? They play there and have some fun stuff. They also have a camera with them so they both take a picture.

this scene was kinda old....like something that happened a long time ago...

i woke up feeling that something is not right.

the girl kid looks like me...but i don't remember having that scene on my childhood days.... is it true? I suffer from short term memory loss...and the cabinet is from my room....which is here....how about i check it out?

i checked it out.

there is a small door inside my cabinet. I take a deep breath before i opened the door and saw a table and a chair, its like a playroom. This place is the place where i dreamt exactly.

i saw a camera....i got curious so i opened the camera and checked the photos....

my dream was real. But why can't i remember? who is this friend of mine?

i lean on to the wall and saw some writings...

Joshua loves Brianna

We will be married one day

because we loved each other.

that was the writing on the wall..

Joshua? There is a lot of Joshua in this world!how could i find this guy?

not noticing its morning.

Oh shocks! I'm late

i went to the bathroom and fixed myself and i went to school in a hurry.

Joshua's POV

( at the classroom )

Does she still remember me? Looks like she doesn't recognize me anymore...but we promised each other....is there still a chance?some memories were gone from her after that day....when we were kids

Okay so the Acting class studio entertainment has decided to have a ball for the grade 7 - 10 students and you are included. For girls you should wear a decent dress or gown obviously. For the boys you were suits. No jeans alright! I will tell you tomorrow the partners for the ball. the teacher announced.

Whole class : roger that.

Class dismissed.

While having lunch, Brianna saw Joshua in the terrace, all alone.

a boy came after him. They were look alike so maybe its his brother. They talked about something

i decided to sneak about what they were talking about.

Hey big brother why bother being sad?
Still thinkin about the B girl huh?

his brother asked.

B girl? who the hell is B girl? i asked myself.

I'm just wondering if she's still thinking about me or did she remember me perhaps?

Joshua answered.

But she's your classmate why not talk to brianna? maybe she remembered you....you know....

What?me?what they're talking about is me?! Is he the kid from my dream? the kid i loved?the kid i.....i....decided to ma...ma..marry?!
i asked.

i didn't notice i said those words out loud because of shockness..so they knew that i was sneaking on them....

both of them came closer to me and....
