Better remain silent. Better don't even think, if your not prepared to act.
Chapter 7 - Childhood Bestfriends.
I kept staring at Jayden my annoyance for him growing by the second. IT would be so awesome of mom to maybe hint that they have a son, who just happens to be the schools player, who just happens to love annoying the shit out of me.
Probably never even crossed moms mind.
But here he is standing in all his annoying glory, with a box of. . . chocolates? Never mind. Here he was, and excusing myself was not going to work this time. Jayden was dressed in a georgous dress shirt with a lose tie hanging around his neck. He looked like he didn't wear it by choice either. His dark brown hair was geled up like he always does, and my eyes stayed on it a second longer as the Party flashed in my mind. But I push it away.
"You can stop staring now."
I send him a glare, my cheeks heating up, which he clearly enjoyed.
"Just get in the house!" I snap, sending him an irrated look. He walks past sending me a wink on the way. I swear I-
"OH MY GODNESS JAYDEN IS THAT YOU!?"
I wheel around, gaping, as my mom rushes over to Jayden and grabs him in a bone crushing hug. I stare confused at her, as she looks him over, complimenting him every 2 seconds. Wait. HOw does mom know Jayden.
"Well you've grown into a handsome young man, probably have all the girls chasing you."
Mom winks my way and I stare horrified at her as Jayden turns around a sly smirk filling his face. Mom mirrors his expression as they both stare at me long enough to make me shift uncofterably. Lucky for me, moms eyes flew to something behind me, and a large grin fills her face as she lets go of Jayden and runs towards the door.
I watch as a middle aged woman walked through the door a bright smile on her face. She and mom hugged, and started talking excitetly. Her long blond hair flowed to half her back, and she was pretty tall. SHe was beautiful, now I clearly saw where Jayden got all his good looks from.
My thoughts were inturuppted, when I was squished into a hug.
"Is this Carly!?"
I hug Jaydens mom back, and she pulls away looking over me approvingly. Her brown eyes meet mine and she sends me a large smile two dimples showing on each of her cheeks.
"IT is you! OH MY! MY! Look at you! I haven't seen you in forever!"
I stare confused at Jasmine. I guess she caught my confused expression, since she exchanged glances with mom and they started chucklng.
"You don't remeber? I used to always take you to he park, and we'd walk molly?"
Shake my head, and she lets out a laugh.
